I would highly recommend Dr. Thiede, along with his entire office staff, as the only place to go for any and all oral procedures needed. He came highly recommended by my own personal dentist and I see why my dentist only refers his patients to this kind and caring man. He is so professional and did amazing work on my implant and bone grafting. It was painless and healed perfectly!!

Although Dr. Thiede himself was nice, his staff was very irresponsible. The lady at the front desk from my 3 visits to the office was always rude. The one in charge of insurance forms was horrible, never got a call back from my case since it had to go through Medical. She never submitted my request to the state as well and lied to me for a good 2 months on my status. She and the staff also made me feel as if I was important enough for their service. Don't recommend this place to anyone at all

Nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Theide and hoods staff.

My husband and myself have been putting off having our wisdom teeth out for years. We went in for a consultation and were very hesitant. The office was busy, so we had to wait, but when it was our time I felt like the assistant answered all our questions and when the doctor came in she went over our concerns. The morning of my husbands extractions we were still nervous, but after he went in I was shown to a private waiting area (for longer stays, w/tv and drinks). A woman who was already waiting told me that her other son had his teeth out and she loved Dr. Thiede. She also had 2 friends whose kids both had teeth out. That made me feel a lot better and when my husband came out he was doing great. He said he can't believe how easy it went. I have an appointment scheduled next week.

What a joke this office is... The office staff is rude and careless. They do not inform patients of costs and then surprise them with billings. Made a first office visit... waited in the waiting room over 1 hr.... the doctor saw me for 1 min and seemed to care less as I was talking, explaining my dental issue.... then received a $125 bill for what? I would highly recommend staying away from this horrible office that operates regularly in fraud.

waiting time is ridicules: spent more then 3 hours and seeing the doctor only for 15 min. Staff doesn't know what their doing. before the surgery they told me that they contacted my insurance and checked the coverage and provided my final total, then later they sent me a bill to pay $424 more then I originally quoted. RIP OFF! they just want money. Stay away from them. I have no interest dealing with this insurance frauds and advising you to do the same.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Craig Thiede and his wonderful staff. I've needed oral surgery and dental implants several times in the last few years. I consider his services and those of his staff outstanding in every respect. I am completely confident in Dr. Thiede. I'm sure I'll remain a satisfied patient for years to come.

Visited for wisdom tooth extraction. I wish I would have avoided visit to your place. It was bit costly that too when we clearly asked for billing estimates.
