Hoag Urgent Care has excellent service and patient care. I just came back from an appointment I booked at 1pm for an office visit at 2pm and they got me right in. On a prior visit it was the same: no crowds and they saw me right away.

Th4 Hoag in tustin has great service. Both time I've been there the staff is friendly and very quick. My first visit i hardly waited and left within 20 mins. The second time i did a video call, it was so convenient and the doctor made the process very simple. In2as able to pick up my prescription within 15 mins. I"ll definitely be coming more to this location. Thank you again!

Went to urgent care because my primary wouldn't see me until next week. Got lucky and the wait was short. Very friendly staff from the check in, MA was great and caring, then I saw the PA who was absolutely caring and took her time to hear my concerns, made great recommendations. In and out of there within the hour. Highly recommend

Had lost my hearing in my left ear the past 3-4 days and it seems like it was getting infected. The staff at the Hoag urgent care facility was wonderful. They checked out my ears and preformed an extensive ear bath to my ear and was able to clean out and clear my inner earwax and I now feel amazing. I am very happy with their staff and the care that i received. Was in and out of there in less than an hour. Great job.Thank you so much. Don Thomas Wardtek Construction

very clean environment. waited in the waiting room for about 15-20 mins (a little long but i didn't mind) and the doctor was able to address my needs automatically. front desk receptionists were also very friendly !

I've always appreciated the care every department of Hoag takes with my family. I've had PT appts during my pregnancy here, pediatric appts with my kiddo, and the urgent care was no different! The staff was incredibly friendly and got me in and out quick. Thanks for taking care of my family!
