Dr Genser always makes every visit a pleasant experience! Both my children like him and Dr Genser is very detailed, caring and make them laugh everytime! It has been more than 5 years that they are seeing Dr Genser and will keep seeing him until he directs me otherwise. He is very patient and addresses all questions that we have which is not always the case with all doctors. Even on the portal, Dr Genser replies the same day, and makes it so much easier on the parents to find a specialist or even to a medical concern! We are very happy indeed that Dr Genser is our children's pediatrician!

Dr. Genser is the best! He really takes the time to explain things and look at the baby! Listen to the concerns and offers solutions. I also really like the staff in his office. His nurse, Ruby, is the best! She is gentle and gets things done fast. Also the scheduling is super easy. Also they give you after the visit summery which I found very helpful, because sometimes I won't remember how much the baby weight or highly was exactly! Overall really really great experience. Highly highly recommend him

He always accommodates me if my sons needs to be seen. Always takes his time in explaining symptoms, treatments etc. He was able to accurately diagnose my son and treat him for a recurring issue, even though he had remained undiagnosed for many years.

We love Dr. Genser! When I was pregnant I had a sit down interview with Dr. Genser, out of all the ones I talked with he was the one who lay me ask questions and gave me direct anwers that were true to his style however remained open to my ideas and said that him and his staff would also supper me in those things also, (ex:delayed vaccines and more holistic approachs to care if we got sick, etc.) He's super fun with my little guy! He is always researching new information about things and is always able see us if we need to pop in real quick to calm our nerves about anything. He provides information about all the up and coming milestones to look for. He is very responsive by email! I would totally recommend Dr. Genser as a pediatrician to all my friends and family! The staff at the office is amazing too! They all love up on us after we get our shots! Ouchee! Good luck to you in your search! And THANK YOU DR. GENSER!! LOVE HUNTER??

My Husband and I have been trying to find a doctor and a team of nurses who are patient and willing to help. We were tired of the careless services we've been receiving and we've finally found the perfect team! Stacy (one of the nurses) truly takes her time explaining what each shot is, why our son needs it, and the side effects. She's a true blessing!! The hospitality here is amazing. Even the nurses in the front of the office were amazing. We are a very happy and satisfied family! Totally recommend their services to anyone who wants the best for their child.
