Sangeeta Patel's Online Review Report Card

Upon being referred to this office for my newborn, I was initially set to see Dr. Patel. However, with her retirement, we were introduced to Ruty, an absolute gem of a NP. Right from the first moment, Katie at the front office enveloped us in warmth and kindness. As a postpartum mom navigating exhaustion, the appointment unfolded seamlessly. Ruty not only exudes knowledge but also has a way of comforting concerns and addressing questions that feels genuinely heartfelt. The office prioritizes quick appointments, sparing us from long waits. Our journey here has been more than pleasant, and we wholeheartedly recommend this pediatric provider to anyone seeking a caring and compassionate experience!

This is a truly amazing doctors office and everyone makes sure you are well taken care of. We grew up with care and guidance from Dr Sangeeta Patel. Ruty NP, who we have been recently transitioned to, specially made our difficult week much better. Her diagnosis of the symptoms was accurate and treatment worked beautifully thus restoring health and normal activity to our household. Ruty is very compassionate and has a excellent sense of how to make kids comfortable. Katie at the office is so supportive and prompt, she made sure we were seen that day knowing the conditions. This office has always stood by us and I look forward to continuing to give us strength and care in the future.

My kids have been going here since they were born. Staff is great, the docs here are great. Katie at front desk is fantastic, friendly, and sweet to the children. The staff that also takes measurements, weight, etc, are kind and understanding towards kids. I haven't seen any of them lose their patience even when kids are shrieking. They are pretty good about accommodating last-minute appointments (eg. Kid woke up sick that day).

I used to like bringing my kids here, but they have been pushy with vaccines the past few years, which I am not OK with. Also, Dr. Patel has been dismissive and out of line at times. For example, I rubbed my newborn's adorable little cheek in the hospital when I had him and she moved my hand away and told me it would make him hungry as if it was a bad thing. And in later years she made a huge deal about announcing my son needs privacy and told me to look away (as if I don't know this and haven't already given him his own privacy and space?) while she takes a peek at him down there and I'm wondering how inappropriate this is and a violation of my rights as a parent because she could be doing something to my innocent child and I'm not being allowed to keep watch over him? I am shopping for a new doctor.

The worst doctor and clinic ever, she doesn’t have good manners, arrogant and impolite! She spend less than 5 minutes with my son at his first month checkup and didn’t even notice that he has jaundice until I told her! The staff at the clinic are careless!! Don’t waste your time to come here and find professional doctor who really care for their patients!!

I had my son on Friday and our follow up appointment today with Dr.Patel! She is quick and to the point but still thorough which I really appreciate! The receptionist is super kind! Only complaint is the clinic waiting room could use a little redecorating haha. Over all we had a great experience!

As I write this in a new city and state trying to find a new doctor for my baby, I think of my son's first and only pediatrician and almost get emotional. This has truly been the best office and everyone from the staff to the doctor to the nurse practitioner have been beyond caring, attentive, helpful, and supportive. I initially chose this office due to location but I truly lucked out. As we all know finding a great doctor is so hard, let alone trusting one for our new babies. As a first time mother, it was nerve wrecking to go to the doctors after my son was in the NICU for weeks and daunting to be around doctors again. Then I met this wonderful office and everything changed. I truly looked forward to visiting and bring my son. I wish we could have stayed but unfortunately had to move out of state. I truly want to thank Dr. Patel for her efficiency. I want to thank Katie and staff in front for all their hard work and truly running such a well organized and great environment. You will not find a more caring and kind office staff. When my son first visited and was a crying wreck, I was too and so overwhelmed and Katie came to rock my son's car seat and calm him down while I finished all the paperwork. I will never forget that. I also especially want to thank the nurse practitioner Elizabeth. She is truly one of a kind and I wish my son could've been seen by her as he grows up. She is always attentive, remembers your every detail, and truly such a warm hearted and wonderful person. Not only was she the best person for my son to see, but I looked forward every Friday visit just to see her because she truly encouraged me and always gave me the affirmation and boost I needed to hear as a new mom. She has no idea how much I needed to hear her words of encouragement and the feeling I was doing something right after I left her appointments. I truly cannot praise her enough. If you are lucky enough to live in the area and in need of finding a remarkable and caring peditrician, office staff, and safe and trusting environment for your child, you have found your place. They treat you with the same care and love they would for their own kids and there is nothing more you could ask for in life. Everyone makes you feel like you are the only patient and remembers you and your child's name. I cannot recommend another office more highly than this one. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. You put a first time mom at ease every single visit.
