Stephen Doggett's Online Review Report Card

He treated my wife who stage 4 ACC cancer. He and his staff were too notch, our first in person meeting was after 8:00 pm in his office as we flew to socal from Sonoma county NorCal. His personal compassionate, straightforward discussions are a blessing. In my opinion he is the poster child of hiw all Dictirs should aspire to be!

Dr. Doggett and his entire staff have been wonderful. Always see you on time. They answer all my questions and very helpful with insurance issues. So far they are absolutely the best medical team I have seen.

Dr Doggett mislead us from the start and lied whenever asked about anything. He has dragged out this "one day procedure and back to work the next day" to over a year and still havent finished treatment. Now I'll start over with another doctor that will be straight forward with me. You gotta trust your doctor and I don't trust Dr Doggett.

This office is been caling my home numerous times. I called back to inform them a few times they got the wrong number and the "office manager" was so rude and she told me that if I had cancer I would want her office to call me. Well, I don't think so. You haven't call the patient obviously since you failed to update the patient' s phone number. Therefore, I cannot trust you handling my health. Not only that, you, the office manager have violated HIPPA during or unpleasant conversation.I feel so sorry for the dr who probably is a great one. It is terrible when you don't have a staff you can count on.

I was referred to Dr. Doggett from another Doctor. I've tried calling in to make an appointment twice and both times I was yelled at by Ilsyia Reuter his manager. I don't know what I did for her to begin yelling at me but after the 2nd time I knew this was not the place for me during my treatment. I called in a third time to see if I could speak to the Doctor directly but she insisted that I give her my name. Being put off and disrespected from both previous calls I declined to give her my name. She refused to put me through and hung up on me for the third and final time. I feel sorry for this Dr. Doggett. I've heard only great things about him but for the person that represents his company too belittle me in such a manner was very disconcerting. I am hoping to be a cancer survivor but will be looking to someone else for care.

Dr Doggett is a great doctor. He's excellent at explaining things and following thru. However his office manager Betty is rude and disrespectful and acts as if she's doing you a favor to make an appointment or forward a prescription. It's a shame such a good doctor has such a terrible staff.

Dr Doggett and his team did a very good job on explaining the procedure. The procedure was thorough and I was happy with the result. I wasn't aware of the "10 second warning" during the first 3 months of recovery which was tramatic but I am glad that I had this procedure and this doctor.

Dr. Doggett was a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Spent plenty of time with me answering all questions. Seems to have a great reputation in the community for his work.

Felt like a money millWas not told the importance of follow-up PSA test - thought cancer was gone - two years later, just got a PSA 142 as a result of another doctor recommending a test - office called yesterday for a 2-year follow-up and told caller the sad story - blamed lack of follow up on urologist - really had to press caller on the importance of a call or card reminder to save lives as a small investment in office effectiveness - realize need to do own research and not count on doctors, but this was a very hard lesson to learn
