I usually go to this Hoag because it's right across my street but today I was very disappointed about the service I got. I made an appointment at 8:30am, I was there in time I paid the copay and the front desk assistant asked me to wait, I was waiting until 10:15 am when I kinda of lost my patience and I asked her how long I still need to wait with an appointment that was for 8:30 and she told me that she can't give me a time because this is not an appointment they only take reservations which kind of left me speachless since I thought it's same thing, anyhow I waisted 2 hours waiting for nothing I just cancelled my appointment and left. As I said very disappointed 😞 the customer service was absolutely not there and I was expecting better service since it's Hoag. I feel like I should ask for Hog to pay me the 2 hours I wasted there...I hope it gets better.

So glad Hoag Health Center opened up this facility in Tustin Legacy. So accessible close to home. Both medical staff their support staff are friendly efficient. They have almost everything like a one stop shop. Quest Lab Imaging Physical therapy Urgent care. Wouldve been perfect if they have pharmacy too but not to worry theres a CVS close by.

This is the clinic where I take my dad. It is always sparkling clean and the staff are excellent, both medical and support. We couldn't be happier to have this health care facility so close to our home. It is pretty much a one stop facility with lab and imaging as well as Urgent Care on site.
