I would recomment Xpress Urgent Care to anybody who is looking to be in and out with a positve outcome. I scheduled my appointment online and then drove to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly. Probably within 5 min at the most, I was in the waiting room and less than 1/2 hour I was out. I am grateful for this place as it is much closer to where I live. The staff super friendly as well. My meds were sent to the pharmacy and I was on my way to recovery. Thank you everyone at Xpress Urgent Care! You guys are my go to urgent care clinic 💕

Was great experience overall. Could have given 5 stars , its because of inexperienced medical assistants who draw insufficient blood, that i had to come back and re-do and almost delayed my papers. Need to get assistants good training in drawing blood. Other than that i loved the clean facility’s tustin, newport and cypress. Keep up the good work

Came in and did the online appointment which was super fast and easy and I didn't have to deal with it once I got to the actual office. There wait was not long and the doctor saw me immediately once I was in the room. She was super nice and attentive and listened well. Helped me with my pain and called to check up on the pain a few days later. Definitely recommend them.

The staff was friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. I'm knocking a star because I went in to get stitches removed and once I got home I found that one stitch was only cut in half and part of it was still in my body. I removed the leftover bit myself.

Don't allow appointments if they mean nothing and just make you as a walk in patient. An appointment for a certain time shouldn't mean I still wait over an hour for everyone else who doesn't have an appointment be seen before me. Only have walk ins at that point or learn how to incorporate the two.
