I am being told my appointments are scheduled to see the pediatrician. This started after I was unable to make an appointment for my daughter’s fever and was not able to get through to reschedule.

Officer manager is extremely nasty and rude. For routine prescription refills they make patients come in for a "exam" but no exam is actually done. They just bill the provider and then reissue the routine prescription.I am moving to another clinic that confirmed the practice at this clinic is highly unusual and unnecessary. The previous office manager was polite and helpful but the current one is the total opposite with no people skills whatsoever.

This is a humble and honest practice with friendly staff. Dr. Ritter is a kind and soothing doctor who actually cares. Sometimes it's difficult for a female to be heard by male doctors, and this man actually listens. I've always had nothing but good experiences in my years of visiting this office.

Our appointment was at 1pm and they said to come early too fill out paperwork and they are closed between 12pm-1pm for lunch.... It’s only 100 degrees outside with a newborn.Then they were late opening the doors so I had to call the office number to get them to unlock the door so we could check in for our appointment- Receptionist not a people person either - last time we come here.

Horrible! Patient care is minimal at best. There seems to be a very notable disconnect with staff and patients. There is NO MD that see’s adult patients. There are NO real nurses in that office, the staff are only MA’s. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and nasty. They can’t fax records causing delays in care. They don’t call you if anything is abnormal, they have prolonged my care for an abnormal mammogram, geez I hope it’s not cancer, 5 months later still no further studies. If your filing for disability or other services DO NOT GO HERE, they will not send the documentation requested. As a retired RN, this was generous to give them a one star rating, cause it’s to high. Poor patient care. Where the hell is Dr Thomas, why is he not working in the office? Do not recommend this clinic, for anyone. With this kind of service, no wonder their patients get angry.
