Had my first visit with this clinic yesterday and was very pleased! All staff were friendly and professional. They accept Medi-Cal and have sliding scale fees too. On site lab, and they also offer dental and chiropractic services. This clinic is a great find, and I’m so happy that they are in 29 Palms! I highly recommend them. ❤️👍😄

I am sure it is in jest that anyone can call this place a medical clinic! We had a REAL doctor for about 2 months and gone with no explanation {political is what I heard}. There is no care at this place, they are just soaking up the medicare and medi-cal money and providing no care what so ever.Partner went in for a check up and med change, has had a heart attack, stents, stroke, congestive heart failure---guess what? NP didn't even bother listening to his chest/heart.I have been waiting for almost 3 months for her to look up a medication for my Sjogren's syndrome. In the meantime I wait in pain eating aspirin by the bottle. {can't take tylonol due to liver damage from my Lupus} I am just treated like a complaining old lady, pat me on the head and sit me in the corner. Absolutely NO continuity of care, always told to go to down below to PS or some other town when there is a hospital here who can do testing for them.This place {medical part} needs to be shut down and a real doctor with no political interference from the big wigs needs to step in. If you need a splinter removed, this is your place but don't expect anything further.Maybe time for a petition to close the medical portion down for good. I have no complaints against the rest of the clinic. {dental & chiro}

Just had my first chiropractic appointment with Dr. McCollum, DC. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services. The rest of the staff was friendly as well.

Diabetic, no meds for 2 weeks. Waited 2 weeks to see Doctor. Then get a call they are cancelling my appointment cause the Doctor is leaving. Wtaf?!?! Now saying wait another 2 weeks. Horrible customer service! Finding another Doctor asap. Heading to the ER again!
