This woman was so horrible that after she left the room I questioned the nurse whether she was really a doctor! She examined me and gave no explanation about what was happening, sent me to the drug store with a list of things that "had been known to help people", and I ended up sitting with a pharmacist at Walgreens for approx. 25 mins. trying to figure out which of the active ingredients in the various items on the list would actually address the high pain level in my ears. She basically said I needed an ENT specialist and brushed aside any scientific/factual addressing of what brought me to the ER in the first place. I left feeling like I hadn't seen a doctor at all and left to figure it out for myself, thank goodness for the Walgreens pharmacist. Felt so alone in my illness after seeing Zernec. Horrible,--I won't go back to Ukiah ER, the lack of real medical professionalism only makes it worse.

The worst patient care i have ever seen!!! Did not even attemp to figure out what was going on with my elderly mother. When we questioned why no testing of any kind was being done, she abruptly walked away with her know it all attitude. 1 star is even to much for this so called dr.

I rate her with very low ratings. Her bedside manner was awful. She was very rude, arogant and seemed to be more annoyed with my questions than wanting to help solve the issues. We left there with no answers!!
