Used to be so attentive and knew how to handle meds, but all the good Drs are gone. The “nurse” (I would need to see her credentials ) provides no answers and keeps you going in circles. Talks over you when try to explain the medication situation. Brags that she “took it upon herself to check on the medication”. I believe that’s her job; she doesn’t get a gold star or a cookie for doing what she is supposed to do in a day to day basis. She must be up for sainthood! Excuses don’t help when you’re out of medication and now you can’t sleep, a problem that FINALLY got solved several years ago with the medication she is stalling on. Messing with mental health is dangerous and perhaps some of their employees should look into another line of work where life and death is not on the line. I hear McDonalds is hiring

I hope the government takes care and investigates this office it’s terrible my sister Ana is a patient there since March we have been asking for a hardship letter and they said they don’t provide with this type of letters ok I agreed to receive a letter stating my sisters medical info so in April it looks like my sister lost insurance and we’ve called and called until 04 18 i spoke to another supervisor and told me that they haven’t done her letter because her insurance is now terminated this is so ridiculous I will investigate and report this office

My daughter went here . Misdiagnosed her. Didn't take care of the anxiety mental health or bulimia or the cutting nothing they just use their insurance keep them there for a while and dump them on the streets

Frustrating, really frustrating service ( almost unbelievable in a negative way) by staff not providers. Providers are awesome. Staff does have a bad habit of making appointments without letting the patient know, then confirms the day before. Yeah cuz that's totally how things work ....right.... No. 🙄🙄🙄🙄😡🤮🤬 I would give no stars if I could but Google made give a star.

They are currently charging to a new therapist and a new doctor when they find one. So far after 2 + years of visiting this place. I have no complaints other than how covid stopped there making of coffee in the waiting room which is not their fault.

Been coming here for 4 months, now they say they dont take my insurance? Been getting the run around, theres nothing they "can do" and I've been out of medicine for a week almost 2. Cant even help with someone who does take my insurance?Horrible. Contacting higher ups because this is outrageous

Called twice and tried to set up an appt. Gave information just to have the lady say oh you are not a patient....correct....she sent me to intake twice....left two messages.....no one called back.....
