It’s a shame you have to be on HOLD for an hour just to make an appointment! You get someone to answer and they transfer you for another hour! This needs to be reported to corporate

Worst service ever. You guys need to hire better people who actually CARE to help there community members with their health. Lady’s are always mad with nasty attitudes. If you don’t wanna be there then don’t work there. They’re always leaving early for lunch, and always coming back late. Why set up appointments At that time then? Same with lab test appointments, why do you guys only offer appointments for lab past 11am? People have to eat, they should be early as soon as the clinic opens. Y’all gotta do better!!

Awful patient care as well as customer service. They don’t care about your health or concerns. Every person I’ve encountered there are rude and unprofessional. The whole point of being a health worker is to help heal people not to make them feel un heard and helpless. Therefore don’t choose this clinic as they don’t care and just work there for a check.

Everyone is very personable while maintaining professionalism. My Doctor is very thorough. I never feel rushed or as if anything was left unaddressed. I feel lucky to have them taking care of me.

They have the worst customer service! Keep away if you can find a different Clinic . The front desk patient care gets a negative rating.. they don’t care about your time or pain . If anything you ask them like I’m here more than 1h they gonna tell you do you want me to reschedule it and very rude!

The worse clinic I have ever been to in ca. They gave me an appointment I rejected it as it was scheduled by phone but later on they scheduled it by person when I came to clinic they tell me it’s by phone. Wasted my time and even not answering my phone.

I am suffering from fever and cough for last 5 days. I was tested for Covid on Friday and today is Monday but no response. I am 65 years old living with my 70 years old husband. The clinic couldn’t care less. Keep calling no one answers. Seems they are waiting for us to die. Such callous lot
