Felt confident with Doctor Sugihara for my abdominal surgery ,I highly recommend .

October 23, 2022, I went into San Antonio Hospital Emergency room in Upland. After 4 hours it was determined that I needed emergency surgery my Gallbladder was in an extreme and dangerous condition and needed to be removed with a matter of urgency. At some point, Dr. Sugihara came to visit me; he informed me that I was in trouble and that he would be my surgeon. He was plain spoken and to the point and that was so refreshing to me. I felt instantly that this man was honest and very sure about my condition and what he was going to do for me and how my life would be better for putting my trust in him. The surgery that he performed on me, usually takes about 45 minutes. Wouldn't you know that he worked tirelessly on me for about 2.5 hours. He was exhausted after that. Post-surgery, Dr. Sugihara went to visit me, he explained to me that prior to surgery I was in bad shape, my Gallbladder was one step away from the worst condition you could have in a situation like mine.

Had such an amazing experience with this doctor and have never felt better after my surgery!

I highly recommend Dr Sugihara. I had emergency surgery done in which a drain had to be installed in my gallbladder of how inflamed was. After 8 weeks of having this drain coming out of my body, I searched for a surgeon that had more experience in the delicate procedure to remove the drain and my still inflamed gall bladder. After during my research I was confident that Dr. Sugihara was the right surgeon. I contacted his office and Veronica was very attentive and demonstrated real concern for my situation. She consulted with Dr Sugihara regarding my situation and called me back the following day. She indicated that Dr Sugihara would see me that same day! I went to see him and after examining me he agreed to do the surgery. He explained to me that the hospital did not have availability until 4 weeks later. After expressing my concerns and desire to have the surgery sooner, he agreed to contact the hospital to see what could be done. To my surprise, Veronica contacted me within a couple

Dr. Sugihara showed great professionalism on my mother's gallbladder procedure. He took extra care post-op and kept the bacterial infection in control before discharging her. Highly recommended!!

This was my first surgical procedure and Doctor Adam Sugihara made it a pleasant over all experience. Both him and the office manager Veronica were extremely polite, kind, and demonstrated a genuine concern through the entire experience. Doctor Sugihara clearly explained what would take place and the reasons why, making me feel confident. Everything went the way he described so nothing was a surprise especially when it came to the healing aspect after the surgery. In addition the hospital and hospital staff that he uses was also exceptional the day of the procedure making me feel like I was in good hands. Obviously, nobody wants to have a surgery, but if I have to have another surgical procedure I will definitely try to use his services.

Dr. Sugihara was great he nursed me back to health after a terrible surgery from another hospital. I am so thankful for him. You want great care and results. Dr. Sugihara is the one you want to see.
