My waiting time was under 10 mins. The receptionist was nice. I didn’t wait in the room over 5 mins. Dr Ahn was nice & checked my chart & talked to me briefly. No problems with Dr Ahn.

The staff is very rude and not productive at all my appointment time was at 11:30 am and I was waiting for over an hour!

Office staff is at best inefficient. Requests for medical records are routinely not filled. In my case the cardiac surgeon requested of this office a disk of a echocardiogram. This request was not satisfied. Further I have visited the office 3 times to request the disk. Each time the disk is not available and the excuses fly about how she only works 2 days a week and she is busy or out to lunch etc etc

It took 2weeks to get the results of my heart test, called at least 4-5 times. Operated said a nurse will call back, well that NEVER Happened!!!!! This is supposed to be a doctor office, I get better service from a repair garage!!!! I will NEVER Recommend this DOCTOR

When needing cardiac clearance before surgery, Dr. Ann can squeeze you in. And squeezing in is necessary when San Antonio gives you 1 business days notice you need clearance before surgery! Nice doctor. Rushed but it was okay with me. Just needed an EKG and ultrasound. I am a returning patient for years, so I’m not sure if that helps getting an appointment. Also being stern on the phone and insisting to talk to the doctor because you NEED the appointment ASAP, helps too.

I would not recommend this office. My medical group approved my referral to this office on June 29th, 2016. I could not get an appointment with Dr. Ahn until Oct 18th, 2016. I arrived to my appointment only to be denied access to care and could not see the doctor because this doctor only accepts cash payments and I did not have any cash when I went to the appointment. When I asked to rechedule I was told the soonest I could be seen was Dec 2016. Unacceptable. So I'll see another Cardiologist.

Great Doctor, BUT staff (reception) need attention in bedside manners. Not to be on phone when patients arrive.Had to wait 10 min before she wasn't on phone. They do have people to answer phones.Loud when speaking. I could go on.
