When the billing company had mistakenly overcharged me for Dr. Donald M. Alpiner services, he had written me a personal refund check. Due to the fact that I am attempting to not go out except for essential needs as well as to work, I had not cashed the check. Dr. Donald M. Alpiner personally called me to verify if I had recieved the check and wanted to ensure that it was not misplaced. I appreciate his courtesy and concern as well as his excellence in medical practices. Thank you.

Dr. Alpiner is very thorough, but most importantly to me, very sensitive to my needs and feelings, especially to new conditions or situations that are frightening or intimidating. I would trust him implicitly with any of my medical needs.
