Seen Dr. Alwan today. Office is always very clean. It's also covid safe. You call in once you arrive in the parking lot. The girls call you when your room is available. Dr. Alwan is the best Obgyn I've ever had. I referred all my female family and friends. My own daughter also goes to him. He's a very loving M.D., awesome bedside manners as well he really does care about his patients. I love him!

He’s a caring doctor and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Most doctors always rush you, I love my doctor wouldn’t change him.

Dr. Alwan was great years ago but his PA in Upland has no regard for patients. I am a working mother of two boys, one with autism. I have to make special arrangements with respite or family, or I have to leave work early when I plan appointments because my son needs constant specialized care. I'm also careful about asking for time off because I have so many appointments for my son. I got a missed call just under three hours prior to my appointment cancelling on me. I figured it was a reminder as no message was left. I showed up and the front desk says the PA decided to go home early. I questioned this thinking there must be some mistake. Again and again I was told that she wanted to go home early. I'm now scrambling trying to figure something out to be seen and have care for my son. No regard for patient needs.

Usually a really good office, but lately the girl they have for Authorizations/Appointments to outside hospitals, has not really been doing her job. I've been back and forth for a week. What is going on guys?! You guys were always up to date and calling us, and now it seems like the girls here have been slacking off! So, I am a little disappointed as I have been coming here for years. Hope you do listen to your patients responses.
