Bryan P.W. Chan's Online Review Report Card

The dr himself is nice. He’s knowledgeable about his practice and asks questions. He was friendly and made jokes.The only complaint I have is the front desk ladies. Weren’t very friendly and when u call them they rush you off the phone. You can tell they don’t want to be bothered. Kind of a turn off considering you want to feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to your dr.

Doctor is nice but the front desk the Asian lady could care less about customer service. I had a chest xray and called to hear the results. The lady who answered my call said it came back inconclusive and that I have to wait 5 days before a referral to a pulmonologist. I asked if the xray showed anything I should be concerned with and she snapped back inconclusive. Then she said if you dont hear from us in 5 days you need to call us.I called back same lady answered the phone and asked to speak with the doctor when he was available for just a few minutes. She said she would schedule a phone call from the doctor in weeks time. I said I just need to speak with him for a few minutes. She said Everyone just needs a few minutesPlease also note that they advertise that their office hours include a lunch break from 12 noon to 130. However no one answers the phone until after 2 pm. So they have time for 2 hour lunch breaks but no time to provide a 2 minute phone call with the doctor in less than 7 days.As mentioned the doctor is nice. But if you want professional front office service look somewhere else.

Those who praised this doctor are lying thru teeth. Got to be the worst doctor in southern calif. How did he passed medical school and exams. Oh yeah Taiwan medical school. Save yourself grief..avoid this doctor. Btw I didnt see a doctor Nina there. He had this fake smile whenever the patient leaves the room with him so other patients think hes so nice. The phone system doesnt answer at all messages full because hes getting all the negative comments so the phone system is left like that.

Dr. Chan has been my personal and my Family Dr. for quite some time..... I read these negative comments and feel so bad that Dr. Chan is trashed like this. I would just like to say that when it comes to my Well being Dr Chan  and Alice have always taken care  of me and my family. I will always be thankful for his service to the community and as my physician.

I have had Dr. Chan as my primary Doctor for years. He is very caring and never rushes when I visit the office. I am 80 years old and am picky about who is taking care of my health issues.

C.S. lady said this location accepts cash or checks only and does not accept FSA Flexible Spending Account very suspicious Im assuming they will manipulate billing. As a nurse myself this one place to stay away from. Red Flag.

This a**h*le told my wife that she shouldn't be renewing her birth control because she will want to start thinking about kids before she gets too old. When she told him we don't want kids he replied "oh, you're one of those". This guy a POS doctor and a trash human. People like this shouldn't be allowed to have medical license.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Luckily I dont come here that often meaning I dont need to see a provider as often only as needed. Anyways the staff is helpful they give you information as much as they know. I like the fact that they are very understanding. Great provider and staff.
