I am still enamored with the Upland location, my oncologist, and the entire staff. I have yet to have an experience that’s been unpleasant with anyone, that isn’t genuine when they are caring for you. If it wasn’t for the staff and my attentive oncologist, I wouldn’t be alive today. I will forever be grateful for the care I receive and continue to receive here and at San Antonio Hospital.

Amazing care from Sue at the front check in to the nurses in the infusion room, to the actual doctors. Especially Dr.Garg all of her staff are personable, professional and kind. Dr. Garg is a special doctor who takes her time and truly cares.

I went here for pre-op check in for a San Antonio Hospital future outpatient visit, staff was very friendly and efficient. Sarah and Roxanne took care of my chest X-ray, EKG and blood work. Good parking and easy access, the building was very clean and modern.

What a profoundly disappointing experience. On our first visit, we had to wait for an hour and a half to see the doctor, and we were never told why, and never saw him. We were told to wait in an 8 x 10 examination room, with no word on when he was coming. I drove an hour and a half to get there. My friend rescheduled her teaching schedule to be there for me. When I finally got up to reschedule the appointment, I was given the wrong patient’s imaging CD on the way out. I had high hopes for the City of Hope. What a disappointing experience!

The staff was kind and attentive, but the poor rating is for Dr. Swapnil Rajurkar. He saw me very briefly, didn't ask much of my state of health and symptoms before coming to the conclusion that my mental health is the reason for it all. He ordered tests but said he thinks it will all be normal and I should just go see a Psych. Dr. So my feeling was of disappointment and also why should I waste gas, time and my tiredness just to see a doctor that is a waste of time.

My first time visiting City of Hope in Rancho Cucamonga. However it is more quaint than City of Hope Duarte. I prefer this one because it's closer to home. It is very clean and I do feel comfortable.

Balance billing, surprise billing, and every kind of billing until you're drowning in debt. Charges doctor's fee plus facility fee which is double that of doctor's fee. You'll end up paying 1000 per visit when all is said and done. Don't even get an infusion...that will cost you 3000. This is the biggest SCAM. No wonder they're making tons of money.
