Dwight J Goddard's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient in this office for at least 15 years.  The staff is very responsive.  We started with Dr. Goddard, and now see Dr. Ani Berberyan.  She is very compassionate, listens and always explains what she thinks and why she is ordering tests or medications.

My family has been with Dr. Goddard for approximately 17 years. He is very respectful and intelligent. Dr. Berberyan is very respectful funny and intelligent. They take nothing for granted. They listen to you and make sure you receive the proper treatment for your situation. The staff is professional and caring to your needs. Much respect to this Doctors office...peace and blessings

The best doctor you could see for a senior citizen I give him a 10 plus and the staff who works here are excellent people I highly recommend dr. Goddard

Dr. Berberyan is the only doctor I have found that actually listened. She cared I wasnt just being marked off a checklist and she never rushed. She is so funny heard my complaints did not interrupt when I spoke went out of her way to get me into an endocrinologist and made me feel heard. My sister was even in the process to making this Dr. her doctor and her primary care doc. I was very upset to learn she had moved to a different office close bythis office but one that wouldnt be accepting my insurance. I really do hope she switches back over to IEHP but for now I hope to find a doctor just as great I know it will be very hard to do so though because it took me 5 years to find Dr. Berberyan. She truly made an impact on my health life and I hope one day she reads this. Thank you for everything Dr. B Hannah B. The girl with hypo

Wonderful people and great Doctor

Called insurance company did a conference call with office manager Cindy she was very to the point no empathy for any situation has been there for 22 years so I'm sure she's probably related- wife. I will be reporting this office to the medical examiners board. My husband was admitted with 98% blockage could of died due to there lack of concern for there patients if you are a patient of his id truly reconsider or if your looking to be a patient go elsewhere my veterinarian is a better Dr and has better and more professional office staff. There should be zero rating! My husband will never step foot in this office again. They should treat there patients as they would want there own family to be treated. It's ok they will be hurting once medical board gets wind of this and insurance companies no longer put him on there list of providers.

Doesn't look at you when he talks to you.Office staff is not helpful. Tried making appt for my husband who was having chest pains but we had a small balance so we were told Dr could not see him and the only person who could resolve issue was office manager that will be out of office for 4 days Awful way they run the office.

Dr. Goddard and his staff are awesome always provides great services to my whole family I truly recommend him.

He is a great Doctor not a great conversationalist. That is OK with me
