Called and spoke to the receptionist. The Dr wasnt in today but she was super friendly and helpful

I needed to see Optometrist for an eye issue I was having. I'm out of town visiting family. I came across, the office of Felicia Simonis OD here in Upland. Looking here on yelp, made my decision in calling the office. I was able to get in because of a cancellation the next day!! Perfect, Wonderful, office & meant to be the right choice for me. The office staff was (are) friendly, kind, caring, helpful & listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable & at home with them, like I'd been there forever. I've even considered to change Optometrists to Dr. Simonis, when I need my annual eye check up. Dr. Simonis is wonderful!! Made me feel at ease, comfortable, explained what might have happened to my eye. She took the time to, explain to me with, more detail of what I'm using for my dry eyes as well. You won't be disappointed, they are wonderful group of ladies. Thank you for taking the time to see me!

Myself, my husband and all 3 of our kids have had glasses from quite a young age and Dr Simonis has taken amazing care of us. Her, and her staff, work great with children, teenagers and adults and they always go the extra mile. I love that we are able to support local business and we get such a great return!

Dr. Simonis is wonderful! She planted the seed of getting Lasik years ago and I'm happy I got it. She is very thorough and I make the drive from DTLA to Upland each year for my annual check up because she's just that wonderful. She gained my trust and has kept it throughout the years. Friendly staff.

Dr. Simonis's team is friendly and professional. She gives you a thorough eye exam and takes time to answer your questions. She will not recommend a service she deems as not beneficial to you.

Examined by Felicia Simonis & ordered two pair of glasses, one bi-focal, the other sunglasses. Paid in full up front. Long story short, they messed up the order. Took 3 months & several calls and still didn't get both pairs. The second pair sat in the office for a month, no one bothered to call and when I called them I found out they were holding them because they had a flaw on the lens...the truth was there were many flaws in the lens. The incompetence is obvious. Don't go here. I found out later they've been paying to have the bad reviews removed. After all that, they had the nerve to tell me I was no longer welcome. That's total BS.

I've been going to Dr. Simonis for years. She's an absolute professional and her staff reflects her demeanor with clients: friendly, competent, smart and responsive. If you're in search of a place to care for your eyeballs, this is it.

Have been a patient of Dr. Simonis 19+ years. Dr. Simonis has never wavered in her commitment to her patients. She stays on top of current eye tech machines/procedures and current optometry issues. Best of all Dr. Simonis takes the time to talk and listen to your questions and issues.I have yet to feel rushed by Dr. Simonis or her crack front office employees.I am over 65 years old.....been wearing glasses since the 9th grade.Best all around eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of trusting with my eye care.

I love going here for my eye exams and the Frame choices are great. The Eye doctor and staff is great.
