Ghassan Hadi's Online Review Report Card

I am so appreciative of the care and services received from Dr. Hadi his nurse practitioner Elise Martinez and his entire office staff. Dr. Hadis team has provided care to members of my family for many years but it was not until recently that I needed his services for myself. I am so very grateful for the prompt attention and the kindness received from everyone at Dr. Hadis office. My thanks to each of them for helping me return to better health.

He is doctor in charge of rehab patients at Heritage Park Nursing Home. My son 47 has a genetic disease VHL had a fall in wheelchair and developed Quadriparesis. Dr Ghassan Hadi has ignored my sons Insurance requests for Physical Therapy so now he remains in bed all day. He has no compassion. My son worked full time till 3520. Edema in spine but can get better with movement. Has ignored a medication my son needs and at least an order to get removed from bed and in wheelchair. I have appealed Dr Hadi’s no response. Other measures may have to be taken.

Tess is very RUDE all the time. Don't go here, in my opinion. I get yelled at all the time and am refused service. Dr Hadi may be great, but it's not worth the stress the front office gives to patients. I should have listened to other reviews, that's on me. Competent doctor, stress filled front office.

This is the worse ER Doctor I have ever encountered at San Antonio Hospital....I am seriously considering changing providers....I would never go to a Doctor like Hadi on my own so I do not appreciate the hospital assigning him to my issues...he believes that Tylenol can heal pancreatic pain.....what Doctor in his right mind would tell anyone to use Tylenol to solve severe pain

Had my first appointment with Dr. Hadi 2-3 weeks ago and was very impressed with Dr. Hadi, he was very knowledgeable and was on-point with my symptoms and medical analysis. However, I have made the decision to switch this Dr.'s office because of my negative experience with the office staff on several occasions.First, I had the misfortune of coordinating with Tescia who was terrible at customer service and unprofessional. She had the nerve to lie to me twice over the phone which I did not appreciate at all. I proceeded to submit a complaint/feedback to Amanda through e-mail regarding my negative experience (the other admin staff who works at the front desk/answers the phone) and did not get so much as a response back or acknowledgment.Second, until now (2-3 weeks later), I still have not received my medicine at the pharmacy and have not been able to sleep properly. I literally called the Dr office on 4 separate occasions on 4 different days after my initial appointment to follow-up on my prescriptions as I still do not have my prescribed medicine as of today.Each of the receptionists I spoke to would say they will look into it and that prescription will be ready today and they would call me back. Not a single call back or follow-up (even when I e-mailed). I have given up at this point and am changing Dr's office; I have been to about 6-7 Dr's offices/business in my entire life and this office is by far the WORST ONE EVER!As many other reviews stated, Dr. Hadi is actually fine but it's the office staff that are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS FOR PATIENTS WHO ACTUALLY HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES THAT NEED ATTENTION!Very unfortunate for Dr. Hadi's office to have this type of front end staff. Sorry Dr. Hadi but I will be going somewhere else.- Sami A

I saw him once on my 1st app . He told his staff not to schedule such a comlicated case so late in the day. 4:00. They NEVER answer the phones, they say internet problem, but while I was there standing in front of them today, they were making appts and another girl in a back office was talking on the phone. I ALWAYS have to go in person to make an appointment. I was seen by a nurse practitioner two days ago. I am sitting i. Urgent care because they had no drs in the office to see me with my sinus infection.I wish I could give their office a 0 too.It is now 10 months later. I'm much happier with this office. They do answer their phones now and are much more accommodating.

I love Dr. Hadi His staff is so sweet they listen to all my concerns and make it so easy to set up appointment xrays and labs. Im very worried about everything and Dr. Hadi always takes his time to take great care of all my problems. If youre looking for a compassionate doctor and super sweet staff this is the place to go

I highly recommend Dr. Hadi not only because he saved my daughters Life but because he is Professional knowledgeable caring and goes beyond the call of duty He took the time to check up on my daughter at Kindred after he was off the clock to see for himself what was going on with my daughter after surviving Covid19. My husband and I are both indebted to Dr. Hadi.

Even though Ive only had over the phone appts with Dr. Hadi he has always been very professional and thorough to make sure I am getting all the treatment I need. Awesome doctor and awesome staff.
