First visit with the Dr was helpful and he and staff all talked with me in detail. Only problem is I was in the office for 2 hours waited in the lobby an hour before taken to room and the parking was almost impossible . I had to walk about a block to find a spot and I am handicapped. He and staff are friendly.

Office Manger is a lier unprofessional speak ill of other patients infront of you with the staff. Makes you feel uncomfortable. Does not know when she makes appointment or informs you on what you need to bring to the appointments. Misplaced documents Imaginthis is just paper work would you like a doctor that has staff like this doing a surgery on you when they cant keep paper work Nor appointments no thanks. We had to rush to the hospital due to lack of service and how much pain I was in.getting a different doctor who with a better staff and who knows what they are doing.

Horrible Never will step foot in that office again

I would give these doctor zero stars if I could! Treated my elderly mother very poorly at her appointment. He didn't even introduce himself when he walked into the exam room. He had a student there and his front desk staff, Lucy, was translating for my mother- he would speak over them and not allow them to get a word in. Not only does he treat his patients and staff horribly, but I believe he is a racism doctor. His front staff except Lucy, were just like him-rude and not welcoming. He doesn't deserve to be a doctor! As a doctor you care about your patients needs and concerns and allow them to express what they are and not shut them down and brush them off!

My mom went to Dr Jenkins after she moved out here and liked him and his wife. I've been going for many years. I like him and the others in there. I think he's funny. I usually make fun of my own self, but if he did I'd probably think it was funny anyway. He's honest and out with it. Why not?

I haven't had issues with this office the few times I've visited. Plan for a wait, but that's at every doctor.

Dr Jenkins is a good doctor and is very kind. You cannot say the same about his staff specifically reception. They are the reason I no longer go to this practice which is a shame because I like Dr Jenkins. Its not hard to not be mean or rude to patients and theyre clearly losing business because of it.

Dr Jenkins is great but his staff member J needs some extensive training in dealing with the public and also telling the truth. Shes been employed for some time so maybe its just a matter of her considering retirement. She was an absolute nightmare for both my husband and myself. If I thought I could speak directly to the Dr I wouldnt have done this review.

Cannot say anything about the Doctor because I never got to see him. But his staff and specifically the girl answering the phone at 1 PM on Sept. 18 is horribly inefficient and rude. I had an appointment at 1230 which is odd because I found out by listening to their recording they do not return from lunch until 1 PM. So in essence they booked a time for me when they were closed I got there at my scheduled time on Foothill Blvd in Upland. I entered the main building by the front door and looked in the glass case which shows where the Doctors can be found. It clearly states Dr. Kevin Jenkins is in Suite 150. I located suite 150 which on the door states Dr. Kevin Jenkins. Went inside and sat down in a dark room at 1225. At 1245 no one came to assist me so I left. Got home and talked to a very snippy girl who said there is no information in the front building about Dr. Jenkins as they are actually in building B. Like I guess she thought I was mistaken about what I saw as she giggled as if I was an idiot. I told her I would bet her $100 she was wrong I would drive down there to prove it to her but ofcourse she refused to do that. I told her to go look for herself to PROVE she was wrong but she refused. At this point I also became rude simply because this idiot thought I was wrong when she was and refused to see for herself. This girl should not be dealing with the public unless she is working the drive thru at McDonalds...
