My Telehealth appointments are always missed by the doctor, and when I call to ask what happened the following day I'm now repeatedly told that they were never put in the system by the front desk. This is definitely not the place you want to go if you are having any heart related issues. The front desk staff is so poorly trained. Not to mention the front lobby isn't air conditioned to a safe level. 0/10

Dr Chan took plenty of time explaining to my father and I about his condition. He was very patient and was concerned that I understand the details. So far I'm very impressed with Dr Chan's knowledge and bedside manner. I would have absolutely zero reservations about recommending Dr Chan, I wish all the doctors I went to with my father gave me this much confidence. My opinions about Yasmina and the other office staff were equally as excellent, wonderful overall experience.

Dr. Larry Chan is a excellent doctor however, his staff is a complete disaster. They are INCOMPETENT, rude, dismissive and behave as if they are doing YOU a favor by taking your call.  For over 6 years I have been a patient at Elite Cardiology.  My most recent visit for an EKG (November 2021) went fine but subsequent follow-up interaction with staff has been exasperating.I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor's office or supportive staff. Pre-pandemic, the Elite Cardiology staff were professional, friendly and competent.  Today, I decided I needed to find a new Cardiologist as just dealing with his current staff, in particular, Adriana, Monique and Mercedes is a nightmare. This staff does not return phone calls, seem confused each time I talk with them, ask me the same questions multiple times on the same call when the sole purpose of the call is to make an appointment.  It's as if we are just speaking for the very first time.  Each call is an exercise in frustration that can give one heart palpitations.  It's over.

The best experience I have with my doctor visits. He's so detailed with the exams! He followed up and went through all the results with me! He took his time to explain thoroughly with me. Appreciated!

He is a brilliant, compassionate cardiologist. He is the hero that protects my father. There are no words to express how grateful our whole family is for this charming kind hearted practitioner. The sleepy little bedroom community of Upland has a hidden treasure in Dr. Chan. He and his team could not possibly be more lovely.

Horrible, horrible, horrible office staff. This office staff does not care about elderly patients with heart conditions. Dr Chan is very lovely, listens and seems to be good at what he does, but the fact that he has no awareness of the level of unprofessionalism in his office is extremely troublesome. The office staff has screened calls and hung up on my 80+ year old parent, calling about their congestive heart failure condition. Calls are transferred to medical assistants that can not form intelligent sentences or relay any sort of confidence that they understand the urgency of the request. My family interfaces with numerous doctors as we care for our elderly parents. This office "takes the cake" for tacky, rude, unkind behavior. It really boggles the mind that these employees are working with heart patients. Office staff that cruelly discriminates is a big problem when you are living with a serious health condition.

Dr Chan took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my AFib problem that only occasionally occurs and, checked my history on a stent that I had to have in 2013 .He was able to get the insurance to authorize 3 separate tests that assured me I was doing well and now down to a yearly checkup instead of every 6 months. He has a great bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr Chan

Great doctor with a terrific bedside manner. Listened to my concerns and addressed them without making me feel like he was rushing me out the door.

He put a stent in, through the wrist. Went home same day! Careful with the wrist for 48 hours, good to go! Best Dr I’ve ever been to! So grateful to Dr Larry Chan!
