Not happy at all. I provided all of my insurance information before I had surgery. Yeah I still get a big fat bill from the anesthesiologist because they never replied any of my insurance benefits. And then it is an enormous amount of time to get through to customer service when I get a bill in the mail for over $700. I called first thing in the morning but I was still number 21 on the list to get answered. I already took care of all this but their screwup cost me hours of time.
