List of Nahel Al Bouz's Reviews
Hes been my PCP for over 10 years. Hes caring knowledgeable supportive and will call me on weekends if hes concerned about labs or tests and to check on my general health when being treated by specialists. I get appointments easily and generslly dont have to wait long. Staff is good.
Best doctor on the planet Staff is amazing would always recommend to anyone
Dr AlBouz is consistently personable caring and knowledgeable. He spends significant time in comfortable conversation to understand any and all health issues that might cause concern or need to be adressed. As a team Dr and patient can each have a part in arriving at and maintaining optimal health. Thanks to Dr. Al Bouz my quality of life activities and relationships are better and more enjoyable with lasting benefits.
Absolutely rude if a patient is calling to find out about there medication YOU DONT ACT LIKE A IGNORANT TEENAGER. Oh you don’t take messages ? Well how about telling me a time to call back. Whoever is working the phone right now 1020am on June 11 needs to be fired. You don’t treat people like they are insignificant. If I could give negative stars I would. Work on your customer services lady Agciri is her name...
Dr. alBouz is the best Primary care physician my wife and I have ever met. He is compassionate listens to the patient does not rush your office visit and does a through exam to meet your well being.
Dr Bouz has been my primary care provider for almost a decade and I have no complaints.
Dr Al bouz is only about the money. He will give you referral after referral and make you get test done when not necessary. It shouldnt take a month in a half to get an appointment. He is so overbooked because he is Greedy His office is so small it has 9 or 10 chairs in it...ridiculous. He wont refill your medications on time he will hold them hostage and mind you medications that you need like insulin or blood pressure medications. Hes my primary doctor and all he does when I have an appointment is look at the results and send me with a new referral or test thats how he makes his money. What does he actually do? Poor excuse for a doctor hes a quack. I will be so glad to change doctors when my benefits come aroundsheesh
Doctor Al Bouz and staff are very friendly and professional. He has been my primary doctor for the last 4 years and always has a listening ear for my concerns and whats going on with mind and body. He doesnt jump to medication which I respect very much as I try to stay away from taking meds of any kind unless really needed.Appointments at times is hard to get he can get pretty booked up But when it has come to an emergency appointment to see him staff and himself makes accommodations.
Doctor is great. He spends time answering any questions. His front office SUCKS It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone to make an appointment or talk to anyone about a question. I received a call from Billing that my account was going to collection for 2 unpaid copayments. They had the wrong address When I tried to make the payment in person they wouldnt accept the payment because they didnt have an invoice to apply it to. Call back to Billing and they couldnt provide a reference number to give to apply the payment. Just wait until next month for the bill. Really????

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
