My experience with Dr. Hirsch and his staff was excellent. His staff is very attentive and professional while being friendly. They listen and acknowledge every question I have. The only place that could use improvement would the wait time. 9921 UPDATE Since COVID hit this office is horrible. I would call and no one answers. The mailbox is full. I have run out of my meds. I have experienced this 3 times. I even left a message at his other office with no call back. I called the office on 96 and a new voice answers but can’t help me with the refills but he’s going to have the refill person return my call. I knew that wouldn’t happen. So I call at 415 on Monday and they are already closed even tho the recording says they are open till 5. I can’t wait to change to Medicare and change doctors.

Now that I see the reviews (the low star) I can say I experienced the same thing. The office staff delayed delayed and delayed my calls my paperwork and when I finally got fed up I’m the one at fault. I have been trying since May and here we are June with another delay so I have moved on. Be careful.

Not a good idea. Dr. Rick is my primary doctor but never talked to him because he is always busy. I never mind to take any doctor available. But the problem is UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE STAFF.My back pain is killing me for months. I made appointment and discussed with doctor over the phone. I was told in 3 to 5 days I ll receive referral to see therapist. It’s been 27 days not received anything.I called today and explained to staff serval time and then I am told to come pickup because it’s not been send out to you. No sorry for delay nothing. They didn’t let me finish and they you want it ? Come pickup.REALLY??????

If I could give it a zero I would but there’s no option for that never go to this place worse doctor I’ve ever been to Office staff is totally useless they don’t care about anybody don’t go waste your time and your health

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hirsch and his staff at the Rancho Cucamonga office location. He has been on top of my health issues and listens to my concerns providing a lot of answers to my many questions. He was recommended by Dr Roth and I know that Dr Roth would not have turned his practice and patients over to a poorly performing doctor. The staff has been very kind and friendly and have followed up on all my requests.

Worst place I have ever been too. No one answers the phone mailbox is always full I had to leave a message on every extension after my appointment it took me calling almost everyday forClose to a month to get my referrals I have been suffering from SciaticAs I came to the office today there were 3 elderly people outside waiting as I peeked through the window I see Maria and Hilda and oneMore person chatting as people are outside I called through my phone and told me please hold she was on a call I see Maria clearly through the window I had to knock 4 times for someone to come to the door I was more concerned about the elderlyPeople outside complaining to me how no one returns there call and waiting for results from labs. So sad I like Dr. Wentz but the office people need to be replaced horrible horrible horrible I am changing my primary care tomorrow so sad how the 3 elderly people had to wait. Dr. Hirsch is okay, but the staff are rude and incompetent. They don't return phone calls, they screw up prescriptions, and after they've frustrated you beyond all reason, they get snippy. "Sir, there's no need for that tone" Really? After messing around for FOUR WEEKS just to get a prescription refilled? I'll take any tone I want. Take care of business, A-holes.

This office is discriminatory and should not be in business. They harassed me in the office for 30 minutes about personal information and the office manager made accusations about me that were untrue. I have reported this office to IEHP and the CA department of public health services. I demand an apology from the office manager who was accusing me of fraud.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. This Dr. wont see me. He just sends me to specialists and when I have an appointment he has a PA see me because he hasnt been able to make an accurate diagnosis. Then his staff tells my insurance that I havent been in for an appointment in over a year when I had an appointment last month. His staff is terrible. They cannot get a form to where it needs to go. Please dont go to this Dr. It will just be a nightmare. My family and I are switching to a new primary.

The staff is rude Not caring to help of actually KNOW anything Saw doc 1 time staff was always rude PA was nice
