I think Dr. Saini is a very caring doctor with great bedside manners, great with kids, etc. But finding a time when the office is open for allergy shots has been a HUGE CHALLENGE. Just paid for a new formulary to be made (which is pretty pricy, even with good insurance), but can't find a time when the office is open for shots to take my daughter in. It doesn't help that UHS now lets out at 3:30 in the afternoons, and school activities are back on. Unfortunately will have to look for a different office to continue this with.
The staff in Fontana were very good. However Josie the bill collector is something else. She just assumed it was my Fault I didn’t pay my copay. I submitted a receipt and she went into extensive reasons why I was wrong. Basically she was calling me a liar. I told her it’s your card machine fault it didn’t work that day I I gave them my payment and they called in my payment to upland when their card machine didn’t work. Save yourselves a headache write a check. If they had offered this I wouldn’t be reviewing them my cashed checks would have been my receipt. Josie was rude beyond words. I was also told for testing I was not suppose to pay my copay for testing or result reading so they charged me twice. They own me a refund.

I will just say been here twice too long of a story to tell not impressed with their mannerism or telephone etiquette rudest staff ever.
My son is a patient here. Dr. Saini is awesome he's very patient answers your concerns no matter how small or silly they may be. His staff is awesome as well. With they way things are right now there really isn't a line. We wait in our car's bcuz its comfy & we're close to the office maybe 1 or 2 people wait out by the door with masks and more than 6' apart. But that's just for those who are getting shots appointment with the Doc wait inside. It's a small office. They don't over book either
I want to start off by saying this review is not for Dr. Saini but for one of the nurses administering shots at the San Dimas location. Dr Saini himself is a very caring concerned doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.TLDRThe nurse at the allergy shot clinic turned me away today for my monthly shot because I was 3 minutes late even after explaining that Uber kept cancelling and how I would waste $40 for coming here. Would have expected a nurse to be more empathetic and understanding for her patient who needs care and timely shots.I went in for my monthly allergy shot today and I went in 3 minutes after 4pm because I had to order an Uber and it kept getting cancelled on me. The nurse came out and told me she can't administer the shot today since I arrived late. I didn't want to argue because there were a lot of people in the lobby but as I was walking out, I thought I'd go back in and explain the circumstances and how I'd have spent $40 for nothing for Uber round trip. I went back in and prefaced with an apology and that I'd be better on time and asked her to accommodate me this time. She said this is the policy and she will not administer shots. I explained to her that this is no small sum of money I'd be wasting and tried to get her to understand, but she says she can't make an exception for me and that she doesn't make the decision, to which i replied but you're the one calling the shots. After a few more back and forth I walked out, frustrated and angry for how little flexibility and empathy this nurse has for her patient. This wasn't the first time I felt this way about this nurse, as other nurses that I have interacted in the past were more personable and not so uptight. Sure, you have your "policies" but as a nurse working with patients, naturally you would expect them to be more understanding and accommodating to your needs and situation and I was very polite about asking her from the beginning. The way she talked to me was patronizing and as if she was a teacher in a classroom berating her students for being late. She could have as easily taken my apology and been the understanding older adult and let my trip not go to waste but this nurse worries more about her policies and fails to take on a more humane approach to treating her patients.I take time out of my work and time and money to come get this shot and just because I was literally 3 minutes past 4, she dismissed me without a second thought. This has really soured my day and sure maybe she had a bad day herself to make someone feel this way but this was definitely not professional on her part.
I had a appt this Friday the 7th feeling a bit nervous..( first time patient). I was greeted by the the friendliest receptionist. I was taken to the back immediately. Again the friendliest nurse.. I told her I was a bit nervous and she was very sweet to talk to me down.. then I got to meet PA Jessica. She was also amazing she took a lot of time with me answering all my questions and concerns.. she was extremely knowledgeable.. I would recommend anybody to go to the office and that's why I give them five stars.. thank you ladies.. Gloria Briones

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
