Bad customer Service, except one person. Been coming here for 7years. It was not this bad before. Dr. Kahlon has been a good doctor to my daughter. But can’t ever get through on the phones ever!!! If you’re there and watch the staff no one is ever busy taking the calls. Where are they going? My phone wait time has been 45 minutes tops before I finally hung up. I call different times different days. When I got through just to leave a messages I left a complaint and left on different random extensions. Finally got a call back and my paperwork after a month of this

This place is ridiculously packed and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Even with a whole month wait for an appt, I arrived early and on time. I still had to wait for over an hour to be seen. You can never get anyone on the phone either. Doctor just asked few questions and sends you off with a bunch of tests, which requires another whole month wait. Truly disappointed.

Horrible! O stars!!! Front office never picks up. Good luck obtaining your prescriptions or better yet for the correct dosage!!! Dr. Kahlon always rushing and not very aware or involved with your care. Recommend you find a different specialist who cares about your health and who can get your prescription right and on time.

I have called this doctor office for the last 3 weeks, different days of the week at different times during the day and have yet to reach a live person to set up a new patient appointment. Their phone system puts me on hold due to "high call volume" then loops me back to the very beginning of the phone message system.... over and over again. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible!!! 0 SATRS!!! Been calling to renew a prescription for the last 2 days for my son. Was only able to leave a message after numerous attempts of trying to reach a live person...yet no one has reached out! 1st day on hold for 15 minutes. 2nd day on hold for 10 mins and 3rd day for another 10 mins. FYI.... they never answer phones no matter which option u press!!! FRUSTRATING...Will be going in person and definetely speaking with someone!!!!

We were referred to this Dr. After being on a wait list just over 90 days due to being a new pediatric patient. The staff lacked customer service skills and no warm welcoming. The waiting area is very, very small and not kid friendly at all. The Dr’s treatment was way below par and she wanted to know why my child needed to see a neurologist?? and wouldn’t refill the meds. After a debate with her she said she would refill the meds. Ugh!! she did order some tests and said someone will call me . Apparently, she forgot to inform them. I waited weeks for someone to call me. I called in and inquired - only to be told the Dr. never did any referrals and there was nothing on her notes if any tests! I’d give 0 stars.
