List of Susan Biegel's Reviews
Whatever you do, do not go here. This Doctor is the epitome of the saying "profit over patients." For examlple, she has 3 offices and only has 1 referral cordinator who only works 1 day a week. Another example, I tore 3 ligaments in my ankle, it took 3 months to get a referral for an mri, by the time I saw the orthopedic surgeon he I should have had surgery, but it was too late. He said my ligament healed and it would always be painful from the scar tissue from healing wrong without having surgery. Also the only reason I wanted to go to this office was to see a female doctor and they never have one available.
I have been Dr. Biegel's patient for approximately 10 years. I only want to see Dr. Biegel but you can be seen by the a PA/NP sooner because doesn't have any available appointments. Ok l will wait once you are put in an exam room PA/NP
Worst service I got there early no one was at reception. Waited 15 minutes no one had showed up yet.
I have been on hold just to reschedule an appointment three times for at least 15 minutes until I have to give up because I cannot stand the horrible music. The least the office could do is allow me to leave my phone number so that I could be called back.
The Dr. Is knowledgeable and caring. However for the three years she has been my doctor getting refills on basic maintenance prescriptions is always a major problem because the staff member who handles prescription refills demands patient make a special appt to come in to see the doctor despite the fact the patient had just seen the doctor recently. There is no medically necessary reason for the appt and must be to be able to charge insurance for visit. And there is a constant change of medical personnel, most of which have no name tags. I am saddened to have to seek another doctor.
This is my daughter's provider first appt today needs 5 different referrals to specialists asap! it is critical, now I hear the referral department only works once a week! my daughter doesn't have time to spare at this point maybe I choose the wrong provider
Horrible service. The receptionist is so rude on the phone. I didn't even see Dr Biegel and the nurse practitioner was so short and rude. I didn't want a Pap smear and that's my choice and she responded by saying.. then what are you here for? Then when asking for my own blood results they insist and say I cannot get them unless I come in to meet physician again and review it. That is against the law. I will not be going back here again.
susan bigel , runs a clinic with many ... i don't know what to call them.. nurses? students practicing with patients, but you never get to see her face, every time i went there, always was someone new. my first appointment was with a man, that asked me a bunch of questions..then he gave me some lab orders, then i asked him for his business card, he answered. "i don't have a business card, i just come to help hear."so the next time i went for my appointment, i got two ladies talking about my lab tests, they told me that my vitamin d was very low then after they debating what to do, they gave a prescription for 10,000 mg vitamin d .next visit. i was specking to se doctor biegal, but i got 2 other ladies, after talking between them they send me home with a 50,000 mg vitamin d.every time had a appointment, there was no doctor, just students or nurses, i called the office and complained about it, my next appointment. there was two other nurses, and doctor susan b opened the door, and said helo to me moving her hand and left. that was it, i really think someone can die for the mismanagement they have, i cannot complain of the people working at the front desk making appointments, they try hard to do their job, i believe doctor susan doesn't care for the patients, or maybe she doesn't care for seniors who have medicare advantage.something is very wrong with this clinic the way is running is not right..in one year i was seeing by so many ladies, that they could be, students or nurses i also was seeing by a older men, he told me he was a retired doctor, and was helping at the clinic, also no business card to verify his credentials.. i wasted a whole year with this clinic, and i did not had any correct treatment for my issues with my blood test that were abnormal, i ended having problems with my immune system, but i had no solutions.i.was totally lost without any doctor help. last week i got a phone call from this doctor office, just to let me know that i needed to make a appointment??? i told the person at the phone.. i no longer have dr. biegel as my doctor since a year ago.the sad story about this doctor, she. have no empathy for the patients.the reason i signed with her, because a lady from church told me doctor biegel was a great doctor and a christian doctor??
My appointment was at 11 it was 1220 I was still in the waiting room. They said they were behind. They could have said that when I got there. To see if I wanted to reschedule or stsy
Never returns patient contact requests. Refers everyone out with no follow up for every single thing. Been sent to so many "specialists" I've lost count. That would be fine but they have no communication or cooperation with those specialists nor do they take any time to review your case before seeing you. Everyone says 'this is my first time meeting you, I dunno" and shrugs you off. They have ignored requests for - 3 year patient who would have already gone elsewhere if not for limited options nearby.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
