Dr Sushmita Sakruti very kind and gave accurate Heath info , Highly recommended to all our community, Jessica front Receptionest controls the appointment and help all patients, Michael was very helpful organizing all my wife Past History and helpful for Quest Blood report , Thank you so much for all your help. Very clean place. God Bless you all

I have a very specific time table for my meds. This place doesn't seem to care or understand that when scheduling appointments. From my experience the front desk staff is OK at best and the nursing staff can't seem to find a vein (and I have never had that problem!) Not the worst, but not the best either.

the team at the upland location is amazing. staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Dr Reynolds takes a great deal of time addressing your diagnosis and treatment options. he listens, asks/answers questions, addresses concerns, goes over test results with you, and is very detailed oriented. it has been a pleasure having Dr Reynolds as my oncologist for nearly 4 years. I would highly recommend not only him and his team, but also this location specifically.

You don’t find professionalism and respect in this clinic

I would like to thank EVERYONE at the oncology institute in upland, ca. From Jackie at the front desk to the MAs especially Michael and the girl with the Jordan’s, sorry I forgot her name! They have been nothing but exemplary and very accommodating , friendly and caring! The infusion nurses also did a great job! Dr. Sakruti and Jeff, PA were amazing! They did so great with their plan of care regarding my mom (Akida Medina) that she is now cancer free! They addressed every issue we brought up to them. 7 cycles of chemo is no joke and I applaud everybody for their hard work! I work in the healthcare field myself so I know how hard this job can be! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you! Keep doing what you’re doing to help more cancer patients because dealing with it is very stressful. I am so sorry for the horrible experiences people have shared and described! My condolences to all whose loved ones have passed. I’ve been bringing my grandpa to the oncology institute in upland since April and everyone has been very kind and helpful. Michael and Jackie at the front desk try their best to answers all questions and concerns we have. Yes I agree they need better office communication and can work on their organization and wait times but I also notice it’s a very busy office with many patients. I think they are trying their best, I don’t think they purposely make people wait longer than needed. I’m grateful for the care my grandpa has received. He’s def doing much better now that he’s receiving treatment. Again I’m very sorry to hear about the people who didn’t receive the treatment and care everyone deserves.

Dr Sakruti is absolutely awesome. Although getting an appointment for chemo, which I had already paid for my father, is incredibly ridiculous. I call everyday and leave messages. Some days no one answers the phone at all. Even the Pharmacy says they can’t get ahold of anyone, not even able to leave a message. We sit at home waiting for treatment or at least a phone call to schedule treatment. But day after day my dad gets worse, even though dr says he needs this urgently!

If you want your terminally sick loved one to be treated with respect and offered compassionate care, run far away from this clinic and Dr. Thomas Reynolds. My father is suffering from stage 4 cancer, the secretaries are extremely unprofessional and don't contact you if your appointments been canceled. Instead, you drive 30+ mins just to be told you cannot be seen. Beyond this, the Dr. has no respect for his patients and treats them and their families like they are disposable. When my mother had questions, he literally tried to shoo her away and told her to leave. I would not wish for this kind of care on my worst enemy. Terrible Dr. and staff. I wish we had switched Dr's sooner.

Let me tell you about this place .......this place is an absolutely mess. I didn’t even know THAT MY MOM HAD STAGE 4 CANCER. When they sent her to the hospital , I never got a follow up, never got a call back. ALL they cared about was putting that dam chemo into my mom.... and you know what..... she passed away...... by GOD I wish this place was not around, they don’t care about you, they don’t care what your going through ..... these guys clearly show it. Please DO NOT COME HERE , DO NOT COME HERE . DO NOT COME HERE. By then they are going to try to delete this dam message .
