Came here due to experiencing severe healing loss in my left ear. My ear had closed and was driving me nuts and had issues with sleeping. I went to patient first as well as the emergency room and this place was the only place to give me relief. They had a same day appointment on a holiday and I was so grateful. The front desk attendants were helpful and very polite when assisting me for my appointment. As for Dr. Rhee, he was straight forward which some might not like but I preferred it. I explained in full detail of what I have done to troubleshoot my issue and where I have gone for help. He checked my ears and cleared them of any blockage. I definitely appreciate his office.

He fixed my hearing when I suddenly lost some hearing and couldn't hear certain tones or frequencies in one ear. He answers your questions if you have any, but you can tell he is busy and his time is limited. I noticed he is booked pretty solid so you will need to call in advance. The hearing test lady was very kind too.

Some seem to have Dr Henry Rhee (infectious disease) confused with Dr Thomas Rhee (ear, nose, and throat).

I was able to easily schedule an appt, in only a couple of days and fitting my schedule. During my appt. Dr. Rhee was cordial, thorough, and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. He explained everything to me so that I understood it well. He was caring in his manner and his staff was also professional, friendly and efficient. I would return myself and recommend him to friends and family for treatment.

Don't waste your time coming to this Doctor. It seems all they want to do is make money off people and don't care much for your problems.I came in with an issue with my nose being broken and out of alignment and he said "Oh I have a friend who could do surgery for appearance both inside and out but it's going to cost you"It seem this doctor does not care about peoples issues. I had trouble breathing and had internal pain in my nose.I am going to reach out to my insurance today to verify the information this Doctor gave me was correct.I wouldn't waste your time going to this doctor. The level of kindness is non-existent. It felt like the doctor didn't even give a sh-t about my issues.Take my adviceGo somewhere else.

Very unprofessional, please find yourself another ENT. He performed very brief physical examination (less than 5 seconds to look at both my ear canals) and did not even read medical forms that I filled out. He initially examined the wrong ear to make a diagnose, and I had to correct him. He also made demeaning comments about my concerns. I wish I could give ZERO or even negative star.

I thought Dr Rhee was great. I don't need my doctor to exchange pleasantries with me. I need them to be knowledgeable, informative and provide me with any necessary data. Dr Rhee did just that. I brought my baby in to have his tounge tie evaluated. Dr Rhee took the time to talk through the options, the pros and cons and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns so that we were able to make an educated decision. He performed the procedure in seconds and my baby hardly cried. Nursing is now so much better for my child and I. Thanks Dr Rhee

Literally the WORST doctor please save yourself money and DO NOT come here. I went with my mom who is on Medicaid and unfortunately does not have many options to choose from. It literally took him three minutes to look at my moms ear. I was still filling out paperwork which of course he didn't even look at! He came in, didn't introduce himself, quickly asked why she was here and took a quick look at her ear. I am SO angry at the lack of attention, care or empathy. I'm pretty sure he said a total of 10 words or so. I cannot emphasize how angry I am. I've been to a lot of doctors and I know they get busy, but that's never an excuse to treat your patient the way this guy did. Also this office had one other patient waiting, so it's not like he was busy at all. I am going to complain to the highest possible authority I can because of how terrible this doctor was.

I am regular patient. I see Dr. Rhee a couple times a year for ear issues, and have been doing so for several years. I love him and have zero complaints. I've almost always gotten same day appointments. In regards to other reviews about feeling rushed, I've never felt that way. He is fast, but thorough. He doesn't have a 'fluffy' personality, but he knows what he's doing. I referred my sister to him years ago, and she also sees him as needed and got her sleep study done there. Again, zero complaints.

I wanted to balance out some of the negativity here. I went to Dr. Rhee for a 2nd opinion (since the 1st ENT - Dr. Lee at Reston ENT told me I just had to deal with the pain I was experiencing.). Dr. Rhee had a same day appt available (bonus!!), was very personable (we chatted for several minutes about my vacation), asked lots of questions about my issue, and listened (really listened, not just the MD head nod. Haha) to my concerns. He diagnosed me with something the 1st ENT didn't and I am hopeful my month long pain will finally subside. I'll update this if my mind changes at any point! :-)
