HORRIBLE..front desk staff and the NP wife is difficult to understand why we are calling for the needs of the patient especially medication refill requests
I haven't been to this office to visit my Primary Care Physician in several months. This is because they seem to believe prescriptions can be cancelled at their whim, regardless of circumstances to the patient.I've suffered from depression and anxiety ever since I was a teen, and every time I went to the office, Lolly, the primary doctor's wife, would tell me that I need to see a specialist. Since I cannot afford to see one, I simply asked that I continue to receive my SSRI prescription. At some point, someone in the office, whether Lolly, the front desk girl, Gabrillo himself, or a combination of all of them, decided to stop sending in my refill requests.I suffered intense SSRI withdrawal as a result of this negligence, and now my father is having issues with them every time he tries to get a prescription refilled.See literally anyone else. They don't seem to care about your health, whether mental or physical.
Probably Dr Gabrillo is good. However his staffs specially the reception and staff who’s in charge of the records are not organized, records are forgotten and very impatient...very unprofessional...she is charging us already and told us to transfer the payment to an account then only then she will make appointments...how is that possible!?! Anyhow I hope he should check his staffs...put someone friendly and knowledgeable about their patients. We have changed our primary Doctor now and hope he really pays attention to his staffs so he won’t be loosing his valued patients.
BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF. I had the WORST primary care experience of my life. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff, which in turn makes the doctor look REALLY BAD. First off, I was coughing and showing some symptoms of COVID-19. As symptoms gradually worsened, I went to test myself and ended up testing positive on 7/29/2020. So on 7/31/2020 I called Dr. Warren Gabrillo’s office to make ...
Excellent Dr very thorough Dr takes his time on every visit.
1/27 10:47pm ---- What a joke of a facility. I wanted to come in and see Dr. Gabrillo based on a family member recommendation. I have dual health insurance coverage and have NEVER had a co-payment in years. Actually, I did have a co-payment once for a SPECIALIST appointment and it was $35. I receive a call the night before my scheduled appointment stating that I would be charged a co-payment of $150 but wait, she made a mistake, she means $275, and CASH ONLY. WTH???? $275 for a non-emergency general appointment. $275 is like an emergency room visit. Is this a hospital? I can't even imagine what price this office would charge an uninsured patient. Do they think that he's a Beverly Hills physician or what? No thanks, I'll stick with my doctor. I'll also recommend that my family member transfer to an honest office.1/28 8:35am ----- Oh this just gets better! I just called to cancel my appointment and the receptionist tells me that it's their policy to charge $20 for a cancelled appointment under 24 hours. I clearly told her that I would not pay that. Their office just called me last night and left a voicemail about a RIDICULOUS $275 co-payment. If anything, you should be grateful that I'm giving you a courtesy call to cancel my appointment this morning.
This is one of the worst office I have ever dealt with. This is suppose to be my primary doctor and I can't even be seen. I tried to get an appointment for TB test. I went into the office to make an appointment and the front desk girl had no idea what she was doing. She didn't know the system. (Her words) I was there 20 min just trying to set up an appointment because they were fully booked but the office was empty. The front desk finally scheduled me 2weeks out because they are so busy. One week before my appointment I get a call that they need to move my appointment for another 2 weeks ok. I get another call to change my appointment time and they will be charging me for the TB test. I simply canceled my appointment and will be switching doctors. The front desk girl has zero training and horrible customer service. The doctor is apparently never in the office but fully booked and very busy. This office is poorly managed.
Both of my parents have been patients of Dr. Gabrillo for over 15 years, but I'm sad to say that DR Gabrillo's caring practice and office staffing has gone down the drain. There is poor communication between the dr and his staff, and the front desk has no clue of medical needs of others. Sad, but true! I'm currently looking for new doctor for my parents in hopes to find someone who will attend to their needs.
made app for my mom first time for dizziness and high blood pressure and home health referral, after 3 wks I am still calling the office for medication and referral and asking to talk to Dr,he is ignoring me and wanting to make another app for same reason!!
Very unprofessional and rude. The asst. Is rude and cops an attitude and doesn't do her job right.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
