HORRIBLE..front desk staff and the NP wife is difficult to understand why we are calling for the needs of the patient especially medication refill requests
I havent been to this office to visit my Primary Care Physician in several months. This is because they seem to believe prescriptions can be cancelled at their whim regardless of circumstances to the patient.Ive suffered from depression and anxiety ever since I was a teen and every time I went to the office Lolly the primary doctors wife would tell me that I need to see a specialist. Since I cannot afford to see one I simply asked that I continue to receive my SSRI prescription. At some point someone in the office whether Lolly the front desk girl Gabrillo himself or a combination of all of them decided to stop sending in my refill requests.I suffered intense SSRI withdrawal as a result of this negligence and now my father is having issues with them every time he tries to get a prescription refilled.See literally anyone else. They dont seem to care about your health whether mental or physical.
BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF. I had the WORST primary care experience of my life. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff which in turn makes the doctor look REALLY BAD. First off I was coughing and showing some symptoms of COVID19. As symptoms gradually worsened I went to test myself and ended up testing positive on 7292020. So on 7312020 I called Dr. Warren Gabrillo’s office to make an appointment because my fever was getting worse. I was able to see him via phone call on 832020 and was not told until after my appt. that the telephone visit would be $150 copay surprise The staff blamed the doctor and informed me that he did not notify them that he was going to call me so they did not have a chance to call me beforehand to discuss payment. Interesting… By this time I was already excused from work since I was showing symptoms and had a positive result. My employer requested I have my doctor fill out Medical Release Forms which were due on 872020 today. The doctor gave me his email and told me he would finish filling out the forms and have them sent to my employer that same day we spoke on 832020. I called the staff to let them know about the email and they confirmed that they would give the forms to the doctor to sign. I called my employer a couple of days later to verify that they had received the documents but they had not. I decided to follow up with an email on Thursday 862020 since they seemed to be closed all day. I made sure I did not call during their lunch hour and I checked online to make sure they were open. I called again on 872020 in the morning and a staff member named Mary Jean I think was her name picked up. I asked her if the forms were sent to my employer. She had absolutely no clue what I was talking about It seemed like they never check their emails from the surprise in her voice She opened my multiple emails for the FIRST time and said that she would give them to the doctor but I would have to pay $30 for him to sign my release forms even though I already paid $150 to see the doctor on Monday. So after I paid they sent back to me ONE page out of FOUR pages that needed to be filled out. The staff member told me that she THOUGHT there was only one form attached that the doctor needed to fill out. She then said she would give the rest of the pages to the doctor but I would have to pay MORE money because she made a mistake and thought there was only ONE page. Mind you that this is the last day to file my medical release forms for work and I already told them about this 5 days prior. Afterward she called me back and said that the doctor was complaining that there were more papers that needed to be filled out making it seem that it was my fault. She then told me that because I had more forms that I would have to pay more per page and that the doctor wouldn’t have to time to send it to my employer today on 872020 I would have to wait until next week since today is Friday. I specifically asked her “So are you saying all this is my fault?” She replied “No I guess this is my fault”. So I’m thinking to myself THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE?? I asked her if I can talk to the doctor about my situation she just told me he’s busy with a patient. So I decided to send her another email giving her the forms in one attachment to make it easier for her to see. I tried to call them back to let them know that I had sent them a new email at 4pm. They never picked up and the answering machine said they were closed. Again they just decide to close whenever they want to and they took $30 from me without any resolution. I checked again online and it says they close at 5pm on Fridays. I don’t understand what their problem is. I suggest you choose a better clinic. Which I presume won’t be hard to find at all.
127 1047pm What a joke of a facility. I wanted to come in and see Dr. Gabrillo based on a family member recommendation. I have dual health insurance coverage and have NEVER had a copayment in years. Actually I did have a copayment once for a SPECIALIST appointment and it was $35. I receive a call the night before my scheduled appointment stating that I would be charged a copayment of $150 but wait she made a mistake she means $275 and CASH ONLY. WTH???? $275 for a nonemergency general appointment. $275 is like an emergency room visit. Is this a hospital? I cant even imagine what price this office would charge an uninsured patient. Do they think that hes a Beverly Hills physician or what? No thanks Ill stick with my doctor. Ill also recommend that my family member transfer to an honest office.128 835am Oh this just gets better I just called to cancel my appointment and the receptionist tells me that its their policy to charge $20 for a cancelled appointment under 24 hours. I clearly told her that I would not pay that. Their office just called me last night and left a voicemail about a RIDICULOUS $275 copayment. If anything you should be grateful that Im giving you a courtesy call to cancel my appointment this morning.
Excellent Dr very thorough Dr takes his time on every visit.
This place is very unprofessional front desk is terrible WOULDNT RECOMMEND Laly the Manager is very unprofessional and rude this place needs to be seen from the state. Pay roll is very poor $9 isn’t enough to get throw anything. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT Wait time is about 2 hours for only seeing 5 patients
This is one of the worst office I have ever dealt with. This is suppose to be my primary doctor and I cant even be seen. I tried to get an appointment for TB test. I went into the office to make an appointment and the front desk girl had no idea what she was doing. She didnt know the system. Her words I was there 20 min just trying to set up an appointment because they were fully booked but the office was empty. The front desk finally scheduled me 2weeks out because they are so busy. One week before my appointment I get a call that they need to move my appointment for another 2 weeks ok. I get another call to change my appointment time and they will be charging me for the TB test. I simply canceled my appointment and will be switching doctors. The front desk girl has zero training and horrible customer service. The doctor is apparently never in the office but fully booked and very busy. This office is poorly managed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
