List of William Tsai's Reviews
This office is horrible!! Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! No accountability!! Does not get back to patients in a timely manner. No followup. No access to licensed medical professionals just a bunch of ladies who are very complacent in their job!!
My doctor died because of the Covid, so after 13 years I had to choose another dr. I just went to see dr Tsai and he was great. All my questions and needs were taken care of. And I had no problem with the front staff. Happy with my new dr.
Changed my primary care and choose dr.Tsai based on referral. Im perfectly healthy and went for my annual checkup. Dr.Tsai was very friendly easy to approach took time to explain and helped determine what tests are needed based on my unique situation.
God Bless you Dr. Tsai for setting up Hospice for my bf with liver failure. I know you wont forget him. He was 45 and you were the only Doctor who stepped up to help out with Setting up Hospice so he could go with God at home. I will never forget you.
Im very happy with the Dr. And his staff. The office is always clean the i had no problem with the forms. I saw the doctor with in 10 mins. I did see people trying g to get in the office during lunch when there's is a clear posting on their door about their lunch time.
I really would like to know where these doctors, Dr. Tsai included find these administrative assistants. They make or break an office. This office doesn't have the best but not the worst either.
Great Dr and staff
Dr. Tsai is such a good Dr. but his office staff is nothing to be desired. They constantly give us a hassle about my grandfather's info. Even though they have all our info on file, will call our phone numbers (not my grandfather) only to tell us they can't share info. They will not work with anyone for any reason. Dr. Tsai should really consider cleaning out his entire office, I understand common sense isn't for everyone but especially during Covid times they should at least be trying to help. Very dissatisfied (as usual) with his office staff. I hate to think of changing Drs. Because of office staff, but I work 2 jobs manage him and my grandmother on top of my life. It should not be this hard to get basic help.
Dealing with the nastiest front office staff is the extreme opposite of Dr. Tsai's friendliness and concern for his patients. My husband was referred to a podiatrist who needs the copy of lab report from Dr. Tsai. My husband called Dr. Tsai's office to request a copy & get it ready for us to pick up on the way for podiatrist appt at 2:00 pm the next day. He was informed that they cannot print the report until he pays the $0.25 for the copy. So we went the next day to pick up the report & arrived there at 1:30 p.m. 1:40 pm passed & door was closed. I called Dr. Tsai's office & staffed answered. I asked for copy of report but told office is closed. I told them that I will put $1.00 in the door slot & asked to fax it to podiatrist office. While on hold on the phone, an intern stepped out of the door & I asked him if he could get the report for me. He told me he doesn't work there. In the meantime this staff got back on the phone & told me they open at 2:00. I told her that she informed me 2 weeks before that they open at 1:30 pm whole month of January. She responded that only when there are patients. (How in the heck would I know that?) She went back in to print the report & commented with a nasty attitude that they have to go to lunch too. Yes, but is her lunch more important than their patients when it only takes 30 seconds to print a report?
The worst front staff ever. Rude and Unintelligent. Not sure what the lady's name is with the orange hair but she's the worst. Looks at you like your stupid when clearly she's the stupid one. I tried to get my son and appointment to see the doctor for a hurt hip and she wanted me to wait almost two weeks, how ridiculous is that? She said she would put me on the waiting list and call me when they got an appointment if they did. Needless to say I switched doctors after that phone call. Dr. Tsai himself is actually pretty good but I am not willing to deal with the front office and their stupidity. It's unfortunate that Dr. Tsai would hire people like that, he should really look into hiring staff that cares more about his patients

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
