If you are looking for an efficient friendly and competent urgent care this is the place to come. The team members all seem well versed in their professions and work heard to get you in and out while having your best care in mind. I will definitely be coming back when another urgent need arises and definitely recommend this place

I fell and decided to get checked out. I was able to be seen fairly quickly and while the process took about 2 hours I felt the staff was through and thoughtful. They seemed kinda busy and I would get pop ins in my room from either the doc or MA giving me updates on what the current wait up was. Turns out I had a fracture and they were able to fit me for a temporary cast and get me scheduled for a followup with an orthopedist at NorthBay so I didnt have to call and make the appt. Would recommend going here and try to make an appt online before you head in if you can to help reduce your waiting time in office.

They dont alert people that they are not giving the flu vaccine. They allow you to make appointments though and travel all the way over to the clinic.

Worst experience for deaf people. My gf needed help but the lady at desk was brutally rude and shrugged like she didn’t know what to do with a deaf person. I’m tired of those hospitals that doesn’t treat deaf ppl respectfully or give them help. I’m so done with the bay area and California. Lots of discriminations around here.

The Receptionist is very rude and very unprofessionaltone of her voice and body language tells it allI needed my referral printed out but the printer wasnt workingI asked her if she can email it to me to make it easy for her and plus I waiting for a longtime and she wasnt even telling me anything. I will not go back to this place its horriblepeople need to be Proffesional and respectful to others.The NP that saw me for a blurry eye was nice but didnt know what she was doing what a waste of time and money ended up going to CVS and the pharmacist sounded even more knowledgeable.If I where you I would think twice before going to this place.

Good urgent care to go to especially during covid times. Very clean they have you wait in your vehicle and call you in from there. That was nice because my son was pretty ill when seen and I didn’t want him to contaminate anyone else.

I flew across the country to meet my grandson for the first time and needed a rapid COVID test. After numerous failed attempts at local pharmacies NB UC came through The service was very quick and convenient.

Appointments are best was in and out in 30 minutes. Was told they werent taking walk ins.That could have changed so give them a call 1st
