Larissa Chartrand's Online Review Report Card

My primary that I loved left and got this one. I had just had surgery on my right arm about 2 weeks before I saw this primary doctor for first time. I told her my referral for rheumatologist that my prior doctor recommended had a few months wait. Her response was “Well, you may not have a problem so I wouldn’t worry about it. It was just something in your lab tests.” I knew that but the reason to get in to that doctor is to find out as not only lab work I had symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis” I’ve just given up on pursuing and also my other health issues. She was curt, rude and accusatory and made a comment to me that she was not going to prescribe any pain meds. EXCUSE ME? I told her that I was not there to ask for meds as I had an orthopedic surgeon for that and it went downhill from there. I don’t want to deal with her. I have health issues that need to be taken care of but she stressed me out so I have to start all over looking for someone as my health suffers-but adding the stress of her attitude would not help me at all.

Wow. Not only did this "on call" doctor (for my primary Dr. Ghods) not do a thing to help me, she actually went so far as to state that I was taking my bad experience with my primary out on her and ended the conversation by hanging up. Terrible bedside manner. I explained to her that, at age 65, I did not want to go to ER for a UTI. Obviously, she's never had or treated a severe UTI wherein the patient informed the physician that antibiotics never worked. She literally informed me that peeing blood and being in pain (which am at this point) had to do until my urgent care appt the following day. Wow. Just wow. No one reached out to me, as promised, for an emergency script to quell the onset of a severe UTI so I ended up speaking with THIS rude doctor to determine WHY. She could care less about my symptoms and offered no immediate solutions. Unreal.

Dra, Cabarga is very professional, she is very dedicated to the patient and explains very well so that we can understand everything whether we suffer or the treatment to follow, she is excellent ,,

I had a reaction to a medication I had tolerated well for a year. Drs Muzaffarr and Hernandez-Cabarga ran tests to be sure there had been no serious effects from the problem. They walked me through a plan to change to an alternate medication replacing the problematic one. They proposed a follow up plan to monitor the new medication to assure it would work well for me. I feel very confident in their plan of care.

I came here based on the prior reviews, they didnt disappoint. Dr. Larissa sets a calm environment and explains everything.

I will recomend Dr Hernandez to my family and friends, very profesional , she listens and explains in a way you can understand,I like her a lot

She listens, she's caring, informed and kind.

Dr. Cabara is always professional. My experience with the internists was not good. I felt he was dismissing my concerns.
