Worst care possible. On multiple occasions I tried booking online appointments with there pediatrician and they will either send me the wrong link to a different doctor at a different agreed time or just don’t send it at all. I called multiple times spending literally DAYS on the phone trying to simple get an appointment that never ends up happening. They are not helpful at all and clearly have no idea how to do their jobs. If you care about your child’s health do not take your child here

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was being so rude and disrespectful. They literally just hang up on you on the phone and have no manners at all.

Terrible clinic to go to very insensitive

The absolute worst care I've ever received. I visited Dr Hernandez and her care team for a physical and new patient exam and I've never been more disappointed in the lack of care and communication I've received. For one the Medical assistant didn't address or even write down all my concerns that were related to visit. They order labs for my blood and never got back to me. After a week of trying to get my results and being rudely spoken to by her care team I decided to make an in person visit to rectify the situation and get my results. It was then they tell me that they never sent off my results and I needed to come in again to to give another sample. So what happens to my initial blood draw???? No one knows. I suggest you run far away from this place if you value your time and health.

I went there to get my labs done . I was there at 11:30 am and I was told lab is close for lunch until 1 pm. That is hour and half for lunch . Very inconvenient for a patient to sit for hour and half to wait. I am very disappointed

My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed to establish new primary care physicians.  I was pleased to learn some of the physicians were accepting new patients! The process takes time - gathering information and verifying insurance. SHANA was so wonderful! She was patient, thorough, professional and kind. At one point I accidentally disconnected the call. As I scrambled to call her back, she beat me to it! She called ME back! I really appreciate this level of customer service. Shana explained everything - answering questions I had not thought of. Thank you SHANA for setting us up with a new physician so we can enjoy our new beginning in Vacaville!

i spoke to a woman named chris on the phone. she was extremely rude and not informative at all. i'm experiencing strep throat symptoms not at all covid. i only have white spots nothing else and i'm younger and she didn't give me options and as soon as my father called she was trying to be civil and give other options for me but when i was on the phone she gave me no other options. horrible customer service makes me not want to come back again.

I have been taking my children to North Bay in Vacaville for over 13 years. I have children between the ages of 13 and 2 months 2 girls and 2 boys. They all see Dr. Heeren,  He and Kathy, his nurse, are wonderful people and they really do go beyond what I have seen from others. They listen, take their time and make sure they understand and try and help whenever and wherever they can. Dr. Hewitt is also a great pediatrician my kids have seen him when I've had to make last min appts. and Dr. Heeren wasnt in. Overall I'm more than pleased with my kids being treated here. The only negative thing I would have to say and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that  some of the receptionists in the front are unprofessional. Two in particular that sit next to eachother, one is a darker and older Hispanic and the other is a lighter younger Hispanic. on mulitple occasions, I have seen them making faces when they have difficult patients on the phone, going on mute and whispering about the patient or even when someone is walking away from them rling their eyes to eachother. They always have an attitude of "I have something better to do" but you only talk to them for about 2 mins.

If you have an extra 2 hours laying around I recommend- if not don't bother. Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes for my name to be called & have been waiting in the exam room for about 55 minutes- I've poked my head out & told the workers to hurry up & I get looked at like I'm crazy.
