They are make people get the vaccine. Make sure if it happens to you to get a lawyer.
My PD is Hurig Katchikian, trying to get eye drops since March, it’s June now and I can’t reach out to her even though I have MyChart and messaging her almost every day. She never answers on messages, she never got back to me when I call in the office. I am changing doctor now but I will change clinic probably soon, since we have the same problems with my daughter’s doctor. They don’t do their job!!!!!!
Finally found a doctor I can trust! Really took her time with me and answered all my questions. Nice to have everything in one building including a pharmacy.
4 hours for covid test? Why need to see doctor? Just email the results jeez.
My three kids went to go get COVID swab test Dec.7 2020 at 7:20pm and everyone but the nurse performing the swab test was a pleasure. She was rude and needed to work on her people skills.
I rated this a 1-star simply based on first impression. The Receptionist had seemed to have no people skills as she greeted me rushing, rude attitude like i was a robot, "Are you Dr. Tioleco's 3:40 pm...let's go ahead and get you in." Poor eye contact no kind greeting for a first time visiting patient. I stated that I could reschedule due to her hurried approach to which she responded, "I'm just gonna need your ID and your insurance card". I hate when it's clear from the desk that a healthcare entity is just about the paper and not about the client. I cancelled and will not be returning.
Do not use this doctors office. I saw them for some pain I have been experiencing that requires a referral for physical therapy. I was told it could take up to a week to get the referral through. After waiting two weeks I sent an email to the doctor through the patient portal. I received a response from the nurse saying the referral had been approved and to just call the physical therapy office. After calling that office I was told my referral was never sent over and they couldn’t schedule me. I called Facey at this point and they said they would handle it. I waited another two days and called the physical therapy office. They informed me they did receive my referral but no information on how to contact me. It has been almost three weeks, I have been in excruciating pain and this office has nothing to help. This is not how medicine should be. Do not trust them with your care.
Worse worse worse experience ever with Dr Saif Usman ( orthopedic doctor) , just because I decided not to do a supposedly on phone X-Ray ( according to them x ray could have done on phoneso I said from now on I won't see Dr Usman anymore also they sent me a $333 office visit bill as they illegally sent insurance 3 separate bills for same day service so they can make more money and made me pay 2 copays for same day office visit which I reluctantly paid , Facey should be ashamed of such dishonest practice.physician only saw me once but in insurance they are charging for physicians service twice and that’s why insurance rejected it, insurance completely paid for X ray and one physician service but as they charged insurance twice so insurance rejected second claim when in truth I was only seen once and only 2 x rays were taken and dr usman hary spent 5 minutes with me total and he came 30 minutes late.
Tried calling today twice, extremely and ridiculously long answering prompt, and then they hung up on me - twice!
Great people!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
