Gary B Klein Md's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately this doctors office is very outdated. No modern day technology. Dr. Klein was very unhelpful. He didn't take time to properly evaluate the problem and gave very little helpful information for treatment. He was vague and offered no details. The receptionist was also extremely rude and cold. Overall very unwelcoming. We will not be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr Klein for several years now. He and his people are simply the best. They always make me feel like I am visiting with friends. The entire experience is made as comfortable as possible. Most importantly the medical care I get there is always 5 star top-notch. I cannot say enough good things about them. I love these guys!

I love Dr. Klein, Debbie, Suzie and all the ladies in the front. I'm not just an "old" employee, but still family here. He still sees me for all my dermatology needs and always fits me in. I can't agree with the negative reviews listed. If you've ever worked in the medical field before, you'd know that Dr.'s can't just prescribe something if one med didn't work. Especially if you reacted to the medication negatively. To me, when he needs to see me again, I look at this as for my benefit, not his wallet. Get a grip people!

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Klein's for many, many years. My two daughters also see Dr. Klein, including my husband who sees him. Dr. Klein takes a conservative approach in his treatment and does not suggest unnecessary treatments to make a profit, like so many of the other dermatologists that my friends have seen in this valley. If you want an honest doctor to treat you, see Dr. Bradford Klein.

If you want to go to a place that will treat you as family than Dr Klein and staff is the place.

I've been a patient for several decades. My skin issues, mostly skin cancer related, have always been removed with no problems. Dr. Klein is friendly and always answers any questions or concerns. I've always been treated nicely by his friendly staff too. I will continue as a patient until he retires.

A horrific experience all around!! I went to see Dr. Klein due to a recommendation. I had a rash all around my mouth that appeared right after a candida cleanse. He didnt care to listen to my food allergies and skin issues. He insulted me by inclining that my rash on my chest could be a hikie. I double checked that I was fully covered with my insurance before. I was verified they checked i was 100% covered. 60 days later i have a $97.74 bill because insurance covered $32.26.

A horrific experience all around!! I went to see Dr. Klein because my boyfriends family has been going to him for years. it was a last resort. I had a horrible rash around my face due to reaction to a detox 9 days after I ended the detox. I have medical insurance with a PPO plan but have never been to a dermatologist. I am extremely healthy and only do natural paths to heal. I specifically asked for them to RUN MY INSURANCE TO CHECK if i am 100% COVERED for the visit. No additional out of pocket cost to me.. Or I would NOT have gone. Save the rest of this to the end. Keep reading ! I knew this rash was a cause of a serious inner detox of candida. My visit consisted of Dr. Klein barely looking at the rash and wanting to tell me what was really wrong with me.. Apparently I have what they call a "Common" issue "Dermatitis." (dry irritated skin). When I tried explaining MY FOOD ALLERGIES to him he kept interrupting with snark remarks and suggested the rash on my chest was a cause of a hikie from my boyfriend instead. This made me outraged. I was done with this conversation. He prescribed me prescription strength Cortisone Cream at $40 a tube. Declined thank you. LEFT the office ONCE AGAIN Verifying I WOULD NOT OWE ANYTHING> 100% Covered by my PPO plan! Which I disclosed to the front desk I never use my insurance. So I don't know how this works. 2 months later I receive a BILL in the mail for $97.74. The charge for a 5 min disrespectful consultation will a Creepy Old Man who hasn't study medicine since his college years cost $130.00. My Insurance only covered $32.26 as they are a SPECIALIST. And you have to meet your deductible first. Would have been nice if they has said they are a specialist office!!!!!! I called Anthem Blue to file a claim. My insurance provider made it CLEAR to me they can tell by my card if I have a deductible and they should have told me they were a specialist. But I am suppose to know my insurance policy. WHO UNDERSTANDS THIS CRAP! New Health Care Holders BEWARE because I thought I made myself clear to them over the phone and in person before my appt. YOUNG WOMEN DON'T SEE THIS MAN PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE IN NATURAL HEALING DON'T BOTHER> He doesn't even understand the difference between western medicine and eastern..... Btw I cleared my own skin with apple cider vinegar, activated charcoal, and water PH 9. Applied with a cloth, sit 10 mins wash off. Sprayed AVENE Thermal water spray. Gone in about 3-5 days. Battled it for 2 months!

went to him for treatment for a small area on my face / nose. after 4 years and what seems to be at least 6 biopsies probably more the growth had increased by 2. Asked for and also sent letter demanding my records from him. He denied my request for those records. His denial of my request is a violation of my civil rights and a violation of the HIPAA laws.
