I’m in healthcare and I can tell you Dr. Hernandez is in the “Top Gun” category of orthopods. There may be insurance challenges, scheduling challenges and just the anxiety around surgery nevertheless the care you’ll get from him and his team will be the best! He has his approach born of wisdom and skill despite his young years that will lead to your surgery being a success. Bottom line—It’s all worth it.

Dr. Hernandez is right to the point and I like that. I researched several doctors for my knee replacement and I am glad I went with him. Nicholas Campbell, PA-C took extremely good care of me during the preops and postop visits. All questions were answered and he spent time to make sure I understood everything. This is my third ortho surgery with SCOI, I will continue to call on them when needed. I am a registered nurse and have worked in ortho surgery. I recommend Dr. Hernandez and SCOI for ortho issues.

I am/was a little disappointed that there would only be two face-to-face visits with Dr. Hernandez, but his staff are VERY competent and knowledgeable of the replacement. Can't wait to get "completely healed".
