Dr. Jaivin was professional, caring and extremely competent in his work. He ensured he was solving the correct problem before referring surgery. Furthermore, he completed additional testing to ensure there were not additional issues that could be resolved during the initial surgery. Preventing the need for unnecessary additional surgery's.

Super nice gentleman. You could tell he was busy but he was kind, super personable and took time to share his knowledge with me so I didn't feel in the dark about the whole process.

His surgery center team all work together for a smooth entrance and exit on surgery day, so that you can go heal in the comfort of your own home. Dr Jaivin checks in with you daily through the UCLA portal and is readily available for any questions and concerns. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. My whole experience was a delight and I would do it all over again. I highly recommend Dr Jaivin for any foot or ankle problem you may have.

I have felt completely comfortable with Dr. Jaivin since our first meeting. Could not be more pleased with my experiences with Dr. Jaivin and his team at SCOI. The neuroma in my loot was causing a searing pain with every step. To compensate for the pain I tended to walk putting pressure on the outside of my foot which was throwing everything out of whack. I always felt Dr. J sincerely wanted to fix my problem and KNEW HOW TO! My surgery was easy, relatively painless, and his operating team was terrific. An all-around positive experience; my recovery is progressing nicely and knowing the pain is gone is a huge relief. Now, here's the BIG thing...it's important to follow Dr. J's recovery instructions! DO WHAT HE SAYS AND DON'T WHINE ABOUT IT! It will work in your favor and your surgery and/or therapy will have been well worth any short-term inconvenience to your routine! Think about all the things you'll be able to do, again...or better...or for the first time!

Dr. Jaivin has performed several surgeries on me over the years. He has always been proactive, knowledgeable, attentive, available, caring & extremely professional. His follow-through never wavers & he has always had, as his goal, that I achieved the most optimum outcome possible. Additionally, his support staff has always been top-notch. He truly minimizes many of the worries, difficulties & wariness associated with any surgery. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Jaivin is both a thoroughly competent and confident practitioner and a a kind and communicator of information necessary to a patient’s understanding of their condition, and its treatment. He is conservative in his treatments and a good listener. I have every confidence in him. I’m very satisfied with the results of my foot surgery so far and am looking forward to a very satisfying full recovery.
