Dr. Franson and his staff are wonderful! He is experienced, confident, and personable. He cares about the patient’s progress and is always friendly and really listens to concerns. I had ankle surgery and it was Dr. Franson who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr.Justin Franson and his staff!

Top Notch Dox and Staff. Just had Planter Fasciitis Endoscopic surgery on my left foot. Tried PRP , Shockwave Therapy, Inserts and pretty much everything but Forrest Gump shoes lol. Finally went to see Dr Franson at UFAI Heel Pain Institute. After informing him of all past treatments and doing an MRI. He advised on last option and doing surgery on 9/1/2021. It will be coming up on 3 weeks and trying to get used to wearing the boot. No doubt progress not perfection. In time we will get there. Trusting in Doctor Franson and have the Faith I will get back to 100%. Excellent , Caring, Top Notch Doctor and Staff. Highly recommend. Thanks Doctor Franson and Staff....

Dr. Franson is wonderful and explains the situation so it's understood. the staff are friendly and work with you....not a it's my way or the the highway. Thank you for taking care of my daughters painful ankle and helping to preserve her ankle for the future pain-free! Next is me! TAR! just a hint of what's to come but up for it and excited to be able to move painfree! :)

Dr Franson is AMAZING! I have a difficult situation and many doctors do the minimum - not Dr Franson. He really knows his stuff and respects my desire to be as active as possible. If I could give him 10 stars for the relief he’s given me I would!!!!

Dr Franson is great. He does a great job and really cares about his patients. He spends time to listen and answer questions and is so nice. The staff are really amazing too. They all have such good energy and took care of my disability paperwork for me. They are so thorough and helpful. I love how efficient the office runs. I never have to wait too long to be seen. I love that I am in and out and all of my needs are taken care so quickly. They are such an effective, well oiled machine in that office. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Franson.
