Let me begin by saying that I absolutely love Laser Away! It's a one stop shop for all your beauty needs! This was my first time visiting the Valencia location. It's super easy to find, nestled in a shopping center with ample parking. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with welcoming smiles as I checked in. Marcel collected me to take me back for my Botox procedure after waiting less than 10 minutes. Once I arrived in the room, she made me feel comfortable explaining the procedure and asking if I had any questions. She did a quick assessment, snapped a few before pics and collected her supplies. Marcel is an experienced pro with a gentle touch. The procedure was complete in a matter of minutes. It was a wonderful success! I will definitely be back. A big thank you to Marcel and the Valencia staff!

I've been coming to this location for several months now. The nurses are compassionate and professional. The receptionists are very welcoming. Jay went out of their way to schedule my appointments while keeping in mind now my vacation activities might impact the pre procedure recommendations. Shayna is very friendly and warm! Laser Away is definitely a cosmetic center that stands out among the rest due to their guest service. I hope they take great care of their employees!

I've been coming to LaserAway Valencia since 2021, and have had multiple treatments done, including Thermage, Clear & Brilliant, Xeomin, and Laser Hair Removal. The Nurses and Staff are all professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly, which has made every appointment a great experience! Shayna is always so helpful with answering questions about treatments and booking appointments around my busy schedule, and Nurses, Marcel, Tatiana, and Millie are great at making me feel comfortable while performing treatments. I love the results I've had thus far, and am looking forward to even more in the future. This place is just amazing all around, and I highly recommend coming here for all of your beauty enhancing needs!

Every time I come into LaserAway it's always a pleasant experience! Overall there's a great vibe to the environment, the girls at the front desk are so friendly and the nurses are super cool and comforting. I'm so happy I decided to start laser hair removal and my results have been amazing so far! It's definitely working already which is awesome. I love that they have a variety of other treatments and I definitely feel in good hands with this company. I'm so glad I found them and highly recommend!

Staff is great would tell anyone who needs a laser treatment to come here any day of the week and twice on Sunday

I absolutely love the staff of the Valencia location. I guess I'm a frequent client because they all know me by name and even the ladies taking breaks in the back run out to say hello and make sure I'm happy with all of my many treatments!! When I'm being needy, they always call to bring me in early if they have a cancellation. Fantastic staff and quality of service!!

I have been coming to this location for about 3yrs, actually signed up a week before Covid shut everything down. I've had mixed feelings, as within this time it's been a higher turnaround with employees and information wasn't always accurate. However, I met Shayna and from the start has been so accommodating. I've noticed a huge difference definitely worthy of more than 5 stars. Recently, I was waiting to receive treatment and had a anxiety attack, Shayna was so sweet, she stayed with me the whole time, even holding my hand to try and calm me down, unit my family came to pick me up. That just tells you the kind of person she is, I am so grateful for her, she is truly a beautiful person, with a heart of an angel. I've been in hospital administration for years people like her are rare. I hope Laser Away appreciate the work she does and sees her value. Otherwise, someone just my steal her away.
