Dr. Wahba's secretary Elizabeth. Very, very disappointed in her lack of follow through. Never get her personally, always vm.

Worst place worst customer service. They can even verify the insurance.I had the insurance approval letter, and they gave an appointment to my 70 years old mom who has bad knees. We went to the appointment and fill the required form, then the nurse called us to a room. Then she just wait, she went outside and came back in saying doctor Gazmier can't see your mom, he doesn't accept her insurance!!!!!

I've never had a problem with the doctors or staff at SCOI. I've had a knee surgery, physical therapy and follow up appointments over the past 10 years at SCOI, Valencia. This was all prior to UCLA Medical being involved about 18 months ago.What I have learned after a recent office visit is that you have to ask HOW MUCH each procedure is going to cost. A non emergency MRI was billed at $2,750.00 when it costs $450.00 down the street at a reputable imaging office. A 15 minute consult on a bad knee was billed at $750.00. Prices are not disclosed until you get the bill, nobody knows what things cost.There's a lot more to my story, but it boils down to feeling like I've been hit with excessive billing and no follow-up from the office on how I'm doing. A written dispute to UCLA was followed up by an unprofessional call from A UCLA billing staffer. They actually advised me not to go to any UCLA facilities as their prices are 'fixed' and 'overpriced' and the acknowledge that. Very disappointing experience that reflects poorly on SCOI. I trusted your office in the past. Without resolution, that trust has been broken. Not what you want from a medical office.

IF YOURE NOT OPEN, DONT SAY THAT YOU ARE! YOU SHOULD LEAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING SO!! DONT LET PEOPLE CALL AND STAY ON HOLD FOREVER WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN THERE!! So unbelievably unprofessional!!!

I have been to many pain management MD's. due to my back problems, Dr. Wahba is the only one that seems to listen to what I am saying and explains what he feels is the right thing to do.

I’m so very grateful to have found Dr Wahba! Great bedside manner and he truly wants to help me through my multiple back (pain) issues. SCOI staff is second to none. Courteous and responsive all the way around.

Dr Karzel was amazing. Just had large tears in my rotator cuff, biceps tendon, labrum. Daily follow-ups Woukd highly recommendable him!!

I have always had excellent service and care from Southern California Orthopedic Institute and Dr. Wahba and his team provided me with support, compassion, and great care. I have Trust and Confidence in them.

Dr. Saied replaced my knee. Dr. Jain took a look at my pinched nerve, referred me to Dr. Wabba for a nerve block. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the whole team. I have not had excessive wait times, and the staff are caring and friendly.

I injured my knee last Thursday, I immediately called Dr. Gazmarian since he's seen me before. His coordinator Ceyli Aleman advised me the doctor was busy and that she'd call me within 2 hours. She never did, so I called her and left a message that same day. I was waiting until noon the next day (Friday) and no calls back from her or the office, so I went ahead and called again. Ceyli aswered my call and said the doctor is still busy... I explained to her that my knee hurt really bad. She said she'd call me back before the end of the day (Friday). Today is Monday 10pm and she never called. How can a doctor like Dr. Gazmarian have someone that unprofessional working for him. I'll find a new Doctor.
