Had to get a last minute sport's physical for my son since Kaiser's appts are booked out too far. They did a simple physical. I think I paid $65. They completely the paperwork. Recommend if you're in a time crunch. Just kinda pricey when your used to paying a $10 copay. Other than that they were great.

This is hard to say but the nurse at this location doesn't show up for appointments or skips day of work entirely. So if you need urgent care, it would be better to just go to the ER.

I have had the most unfortunate year with Covid twice and strep throat 3 times. I work full time and I’m new to Vallejo and my job so I haven’t set up my primary care physician. Needless to say I needed urgent care. Amy runs this location and is absolutely amazing. It’s quick and painless to get in and out. Download the Kyla app before your appointment and you’ll be all good in 30- 1 hour. Monday- Friday. It’s really convenient. I’m very grateful for this little spot in the back of the Safeway.

The Onsite MA was very helpful. Though some paperwork weren't complete when they handed it to us, she was still helpful. Their call center support though, sounds like they don't know what they're doing. Me and my girlfriend called today to ask for an xray result for her son. The call center support is telling us they don't have the result. They're suppose to be collaborating the results with each other. We are displeased with their service. We will not recommend people to go here for any urgent care.
