Dr.Aronson is an extremely intelligent and empathetic dermatologist. I have had many complicated things and she continues to be honest and thorough with me each time. She has patience and always takes the time to listen to me and takes my feelings into consideration. Jenny, is a fabulous medical assistant who I’ve gotten to know well. She is warm and knowledgeable and never forgets to ask me how I am. I am lucky to have this care team!

Dr. Aronson is hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She is extremely helpful with her knowledge and very thorough. It’s hard to find an honest dermatologist that’s not upselling their services. She’s straightforward, and amazing at providing her patients options and treatments that work. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr Aaronson on 3 different occasions both for myself and my son. Dr Erica was wonderful, informative, caring, and professional every time we came to her practice. I would recommend her to one and all!

Dr. Aronson is both smart and compassionate. Would recommend her to friends and family for all skin care needs from cosmetic to cancer. No one ever checked my ID before I started seeing her and now it has happened at least twice.

Dr. Aronson is the best dermatologist I’ve seen in the past 35 years. She is friendly and thorough in her treatment. She has all the modern equipment and treatment options. She was excellent with my child as well. I highly recommend her.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. She was rude, condescending and demeaning. She made me wait over 2 hours for her to come into the office and only perform half of a procedure negligently. She damaged my skin. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully by a doctor before.

I hope she was just having a bad day but I don't think so. She was Brusque, c u r t, and her treatment was not successful at all. I still have all the growths that she billed me for also her lab results did not show a definite basal cell carcinoma. I am saying another dermatologist to verify and to remove the items that she said she was going to remove but did not. Although she billed for it.
