great beginnings used to be amazing. dr casey and jodi were wonderful. however it seems it's gone downhill at the customer service side with receptionists. there is a great deal of attitude on the phone when asking to speak to a provider, or even to schedule an appt.

This place is usually so good to me however, I’ve been trying for the last 3 days to get ahold of my care provider. Or any care provider at that, as I have left messages to get back to me with no response.

All i can say is Thank you so much and more for all the staff of la clinica great beginning here in Vallejo. Ms. Lily and all the staff and especially the receptionist they are the true model employee,keep on helping women especially during hard times of pregnancy . My thanks and appreciation for all of you guys.Godbless.

They Need to do better with their customer service representatives doesn’t make any sense being on hold for 2 hours with only two callers in front of you just for a cancellation of an appointment they should give the option to call back and save your place in line
