I've been waiting over 2 months for my referral to go through for my liver specialist and my chiropractor. I've had to cancel multiple appointments with the Chiro/Gastro because of La Clinica Vallejo NOT BEING ON THEIR JOB. Every time you call and press 5 for the referral department it just hangs up. When I try to call the main office or the finance office to pass the message along to the referral department, they never pass the message. My back hurts and I need to see my liver specialist and because of La Clinica I'm just having to scrape by.

As an R.N. with 35 years of professional nursing experience I must say this is one of the WORST places a person can go. I have been lied to, had providers qualifications misrepresented, have been denied access to a prescription I had filled and needed desperately and repeatedly hung up on by receptionists and nurse practitioners - repeatedly! The only saving grace is miy regular physician who seems to be unavailable a great deal of time and I must work with other providers who know nothing about me. Dealing with la Clinica in an urgent situation is an unimaginable nightmare.

La Clinica has a very friendly and professional staff; my provider, nurse practitioner Del Mundo Ercia, was very knowledgeable and was definitely in my corner when it came to focusing on my health issues. I felt very comfortable with her care; Ms Del Mundo is certainly an asset to this establishment.

I wish I could give less stars than that! My experience was horrible, the staff aren't very knowledgeable about policies, procedures, hippa or anything else! I would never recommend this office to anyone! If you receive medical benefits please take your children somewhere else!

I have been with la clinica since 2001My kids were 3&9 yrs old , the staff and nurses are very niceThey always treat me nice and respectful,Once I came in with my breathing issue so bad and my pressure was so high the medical assistant and nurse who I forgot her name took great care of meThis is my forever clinic and I would recommend it to anyone including my familyThank you la clinica Vallejo Georgia st office 🙏
