List of Sutter Solano Medical Center Emergency Department's Reviews
DO NOT COME HERE!! Came here because my ears were ringing for months and they began to hurt very bad. The er doctor looked in my ears one time, said they looked slightly red and that was it. Didn't tell me what the problem was or even what it could be but prescribed me super heavy steroids that I couldn't take but she didn't bother to even ask any medical history. So went it, didn't recieve the care I needed and was billed 928$. 928!!!????? You've got to be JOKING. Sutter should be SUED. Arguably the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a medical professional. You guys are down right horrible. Thanks for making my already low income life that much harder.
Upon arriving at the emergency room I was having an asthma attack and the rudest lady named
Waited for four hours, and nothing happened plus nurses there doesn't really care at all. I won't go back to this hospital anymore. I don't know if you guys are racist or are just stingy like dude look at yourself first.
Great staff and got me in ASAP.
While in a waiting room, I could hear a patient moaning from pain in another room and I heard multiple nurses joking around laughing and saying “that’s how I sound when I do my taxes”.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially when someone is in pain and the people that are suppose to help are laughing/making jokes about it
Horrible this hospital in Vallejo is the worst sutter emergency hospital I’ve ever been to . I hate the sarcasm Dr Piccinati had given me . I had went to this ER due to I’m not feeling good and wanted to make sure my body is okay and theirs nothing else to worry about instead of just informing me that they do not have a OB he gave me a whole lesson with an attitude and the face that he was making was so unnecessary. If I can give him 0 star I will . No need for unnecessary faces nor comments . He gives me a you know it all vibe . I give props to some of the staff . He is the worst youngest doctor I’ve ever encounter .
Initially I was told I had to wait in the lobby of the ER after being delivered by EMT ambulance because of a high blood pressure spike, because there were too many patients, which I complained about. But all the staff was wonderful to me, including the Indian staff member gentleman who kindly got me ice cold water, Dr. Guerrero, whose down to earth realistic interaction made me feel cared for, and calmed my fears and ER staff member Tim, who even developed an Uber app on my phone when I needed a ride home. As a senior patient, I give this group an A+! You guys are amazing...
I got faint/dizzy at a restaurant in Benicia on 22 Feb 2022 and was transported to your ER by ambulance. Your ER team did a great job, took excellent care of me, with special thanx to Nurse Jovan and Nurse Jessica. Please pass along my thanx to them!! Most appreciated, thanx again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
