I see Dr. Duncan and really like this doctor. I've had years of poor treatment by doctors and this was kind of my "last try or I'm never seeking medical help ever again" type of thing, but he was very kind, took the time to listen, and answered questions I had. I also mentioned to him, like I do with every doctor, that my goal is to be sterilized because I absolutely do not want children and have a phobia of pregnancy. He was onboard and said he would help me find a physician who could do the surgery; this was mind blowing because every other physician has been dismissive, condescending, and demeaning when I've brought this up in the past. He's also really easy to get in to see (I called today and was able to schedule an appointment for next Thursday). His staff do really well at communicating with me via the portal which is best for me due to my anxiety.I just really appreciate having a doctor who I feel actually listens to me and my concerns and is open to my suggestions for how I think my health needs to be treated--which is how it should be, but often isn't with other physicians.

Office staff and billing dept do not know how to code things correctly. Been trying for months/ even a year on some to correct. They say I'm wrong. Insurance says I am right. So filing a complaint with health insurance and hr at work.

The doc is really good and staff is nice but we had a few no shows because of my work and only one car at the time. We called every time but they were usually the day of the appointment. They dismissed us from the practice so I guess the doc comes before work.

I went with my husband to have an issue evaluated. He saw Dr. Duncan. It was our first time in. He was thorough and kind. We were pleased with his services. However, my husband was sent to another place to get a CT. The place they sent us to was Premier MRI of Wichita, which is nothing more than a 1 star company. Since we were referred by NMC health, I feel it’s a direct reflection of the clinic and it will make us think twice about going back to the clinic for issues of the like. Do better.
